Such a spacious apartment only 5 mins away from the beach. Super tidy and well kept. The location is perfect as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city and in a quiet neighbourhood with the bus only around the corner. Mike was a gentleman throughout the stay.

There is nothing to dislike

I was a big, well equipped and lovely apartment near the beach and the tram.

We stayed there 4 teachers with 5 students for Erasmus project we loved sitting area outside, quiet place, privacy . We had flight Late in the evening and owner, Mike let us stay in the premisses. We Also got from him a bottle of good teda wine. I Can imagine to stáy there with my family. Good value for money.

Location 10 minutes to sea bathing, tram along coast and into Athens, buses nearby, easy to park 10 minutes walk into local town Kalimaki

Traffic noise.

Very nice apartment. fully equiped with easy to use good working appliances. Mike is very nice and helpful.

I can recommend this apartment to everyone who is looking for nice, super-clean, comfortable accommodation in Alimos at a good price. The apartment is situated in a calm, lovely neighbourhood where you can walk home alone at 3 in the morning without any concern. It takes only a 5-10 minute walk to reach the beaches of Alimos and public transport connections. Mike who manages the apartments will wait to hand you the keys and explain everything even when you arrive at 23h in the evening!

I liked everything.. Mark was a superb host, responsive and friendly.. Definitely his property is going to be my no 1 choice to stay in Athens.

Absolutely nothing I didn't like..

Great location in a nice area Alimos of Athens. The beach was in walking distance, and I did not have to take public transport. Many bars, restaurants were near the sea just 1/2 mile away. The apartment itself was nice, spacious, and very modern. It has a comfortable bed, nice living area and kitchen equipped with a lot of supplies if you desired to cook. The apartment is also near several grocery stores. I would absolutely stay at this location again. It was very affordable and in a great area of Athens! I loved everything about the apartment!
