The staff were super helpful, especially as we had guys who needed more single beds they went out of their way to sort it out. It was super clean.

The staff were very nice and the pool area was nice to relax in.

Our room was below the breakfast so it got noisy early in the morning when they were setting up. It takes 10/15 minutes to walk into the centre of jeri (the beach area) which we didn't look at when we booked but it ended up being fine.

Could have been a bit bigger

We had two bedrooms, and both of them had problem (broken shower and leaking a/c, the toilet was half broken). With the leaking a/c, they told us it was the first time they had this problem while stain was on the wall and showed CLEARELY that is was a recurrent problem. We had to change room. During the cleaning of the room, the staff threw (or stole) some of our personal items (very expensive shampoo). This is unacceptable. The person in charge didn’t allowed us to have a discount, even though the price of this pousada is very very very high. For a price like that, we were expecting a good service, we didn’t’ had it. Don’t go in this pousada, this is not worth it.

Everything. The attention to details were absolutely superb. Breakfast better than a 5 start hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The villa was a 10 minutes walk to the Main Street but for me that wasn’t a major issue.
