The apartment was so clean and lovely with a really lovely interior. Alain our host was absolutely fabulous giving us great recommendations and helping us with everything we can need. It was absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend it enough. It was private, had all the perfect facilities, and both me and my partner felt completely comfortable and safe. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom and shower was lovely. Absolutely no complaints

Excellent location, lift available to the third floor. Bedroom with private en-suite and kitchen area. Comfortable bed, two chairs, cooking facilities, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery, hospitality items. The room was immaculate. Host was helpful and informative.

Had to keep the windows closed due to traffic noise at night.

The room looked great and was pretty much as advertised. A nice spot in the centre of Beziers at a reasonable price/ We experienced the sound of some sort of motor in the wall! during the night. The owner gave us our money back without us having to ask..

We were unable to stay in the room because of a motor of some sort (no idea what) in the wall which kept us awake through the night. Update: we are glad the problem has been diagnosed and fixed as you have a nice place

Alain, had thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, right down to the little things as though he was staying there himself. Great location, central and close to some great restaurants, bars and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

wow Alain’s studio is amazing! really well equipped for a comfy stay literally in the center of the main square. very affordable parking again just nearly under the apartment- see the instructions for a Congress rate - we were here when it was super hot and the AC was frigid! Would definitely stay here again if we were in Béziers, great value, Alain was super nice with recommendations, a nice bottle of wine, and was flexible and very communicative!

We loved very close to everything, and our host was nice and helpful.

Scandinavian people might think that the bed is to hard. And unfortunally there was a reacurring sound coming from what I guess was the fridge, making it hard to sleep for us sound-sensetive people. My boyfriend had no trouble sleeping though!

I rarely write references, but this place has owned its praise. I felt like home and it has all you need for a confortable living. It is clean, modern and nice designed. The host is an elegant ' Monsieur' that can make out of the welkoming tour for the appartement and the city an Art. I would like to keep it as a secret, only for me, to be back as often as I wish ;-)

Alain was a absolutely brilliant host. The room is modern, spacious and equipped with everything you could need. If you are visiting the city this is the best place to base yourself from. The value for money is incredible for this property.

Apartment was very clean and in a perfect location. The view of Beziers in the morning from the window is magnificent and the host couldn’t have been better. I informed him I would be travelling with my partner and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect including going out and purchasing us a bottle of locally sourced wine before we got there. The apartment had everything you could ask for and the host showed us everywhere to go and see. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will deffo be going back in the near future.

The apartment was really close to the railway station, where the airport bus stops. Just a short walk through the beautiful Plateau de Poets gardens. The directions given by Alain, the owner were easy to follow and we had a lovely welcome from him on arrival. He told us all about the local landmarks and recommended some great restaurants which we subsequently enjoyed dining at. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There was everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and many extras. Alain had thought of everything and supplied hair straighteners as well as a good quality hairdryer. There was a steamer as well as an iron and he’d even supplied blister plasters in case you’d walked to far! There were beautiful views from the apartment and although it’s was so central, it was also very peaceful. There were lots of bars, restaurants and shops practically on our doorstep, as well as beautiful dancing fountains. The theatre is just 5 minutes walk. It really was a perfect place for visiting the city. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of booking.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

If you are looking for a quiet and quality place located in the center of town, 5’ walk from restaurants and historical places, 15’ walk thru the park from the railway and bus station and very reasonably priced, don’t look further. One advice: do not wait to make reservation or you will be to late.

The studio is truly excellent: comfortable, with all the appliances you may need, nicely decorated, and has amazing views over the city. And Alain is simply the best host! He's very attentive and kind, and made us feel really welcomed. We absolutely recommend this accommodation!

Alain is a wonderful host and the apartment is also wonderful. Tastefully and artistically decorated with a real home feel. Right in the heart of town with many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. I enjoyed the personal touches, a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge and coffee machine for the perfect petite déjeuner. Very quiet with a commanding view for some miles. What a find!
