My group of hiking women needed a home base for a weekend of exploring the hiking trails on the Central Oregon Coast. This house was PERFECT! It was large, clean, adorably decorated and it had everything we needed. The kitchen is incredibly WELL STOCKED. If I have another large group that needs coastal lodging, this will be the first place I look to book.

We had such a wonderful time with our family celebrating our 50th anniversary. Your place was perfect. Searching for seashells, hiking, shopping or just staying in playing games and eating. So much fun!!

We enjoyed the stay at this property. The description of the property was accurate and with the number of people we had, the number of bedrooms and beds were very acommodating. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed. The dining room wasn't large enough for all of us to eat at one table but we knew that ahead of time and we adapted. Overall great stay and will probably book the place again for the next family gathering.

We had a great time together. This place has everything a house needs for a big family vacation. The location was perfect and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a large family.

We were very pleased with the property. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. There was more than enough space for everyone. The view was amazing! Location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only thing that would've made the experience better is if we had better access to the neighborhood without having to walk in the shoulder along hwy 101 with small children. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time as a family- played games, walked on the beach, enjoyed town, and watched the sunset together every night. It was pretty special! We also saw whales off the deck and sea lions…. Sweet sweet memories.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The beds are the best, we all slept well. The house is fully stocked, the view was beautiful and our dog loved the fenced in yard.

We were amazed by the views and wondered why the owners didn't use more shots toward the ocean. Sadly there is no beach access even though it is literally 200 feet away. Not great if you have disabled or elderly in tow. Able bodied, it is just a short 15 walk around the block to get to an access road - partly along HWY 101. Lots of amenities in this house and all the rooms had really comfortable beds. Loved it!

This is the best rental we have ever had. Roomy with complete fencing surrounding. Very well stocked. Great for large group.

Overall, it was a great stay...a great place for our family. Our only issues were that 1)I didn't have the door code to get in. Thankfully the neighbor saw us and called the owner to get it for us. And 2) the dishwasher was terrible. So we ended up washing everything by hand. Not the end of the world, but kind of a hassle with 16 people

The house was big and roomy with privacy for anyone who needed it. Yet places to come together comfortably., for inside. A little crowded for outdoor recreation. Beach access along the highway is scary at times. Still a nice place to come together.

The property is right off of 101, with a wonderful view of the ocean. Layout of house is near perfect with three bedrooms / 2 baths downstairs and 4 bedrooms / 3 baths upstairs. Best stocked kitchen we have seen at a rental! Rec room upstairs, dining area and living room downstairs, and the deck area are wonderful! Neighbors had great things to say about the owners, which isn’t always the case - so another plus. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. We will happily book again.

Plenty of room for the 16 people we had for a birthday party. Owners were very receptive to questions we had during stay.

We had our family together and the view was beautiful. All we could’ve asked for was warmer and less rainy weather. We left at 10:09 AM Sunday morning.

My family and I had a wonderful location at this place. Everything was clean and well stocked, plus the view was incredible and the ocean so close! Loved it!

We loved the layout and spaciousness of the house. Comfortable king beds in most rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and worked so well for our family! The only downside was the neighbors not allowing us easy access to the beach. We had to walk a couple blocks down Hwy 101 to get to an access road.

This is a perfect property for family vacation. My wife and I hosted our two adult sons and their families, 11 of us in total ranging in ages from 14 to 73. We didn't even use all of the rooms. Two grandsons loved staying in detached bungalow. The only disadvantage is a short walk along Hwy 101 to access the ocean. The combination of rocky tide pools, sandy beach, Yachats River, and city of Yachats all within an easy walk is great.

I rent often from VRBO. One of the best houses I've rented. Great location. Well furnished. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.

The views are outstanding! We used the deck a ton, the hot tub, and fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals. The bedrooms were quiet. The PAC Man game was really fun! The beach access was dicey with little kids having to walk down Hwy 101. Once we got to the beach access road it was good path to walk and led down to a sweet little beach.

We would rent it again without hesitation!

Overall we had a wonderful time in this gorgeous house overlooking the ocean. The description in the listing was accurate. Our 2 grandkids 5 and 7 had a blast in the game room, especially the old pac man game. The adults enjoyed the game room as well in the evening. As we had some no-shows , the house was more than sufficient in bedrooms and space. The hot tub shut down on us the second day and we missed the digital instructions so that was unfortunate. We hiked from the house one day along the coastal trail to Neptune Beach and that was a spectacular 6 mile hike. (We had shuttled cars down to the beach so we didn’t have to hike back.) Another day most of the adults went on the one hour dune buggy adventure which was quite exciting. On the ‘could use improvement side’: 1. We were blessed with 3 days of brilliant sun, but this meant we had to come to dinner in sunglasses and hats. Some sort of sun screen on the sliding doors would have been welcome. 2. The kitchen was amazingly stocked, but when we arrived the refrigerator had so much food in it, some of questionable age and quality. Ditto the freezer. While we appreciated having so much, the frig and freezer could benefit from some culling of the older food and condiments . 3. There is no doubt this a huge, beautiful house, but by the time all the VRBO fees got added on, the final price tag was a bit of a shock. All in all, we would recommend this house!

We stayed at this beautiful house with a few other families, it was spacious and easily accommodated both little and older kids. The view is amazing. This house has the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. A short drive to several nice beaches in a short drive. All in all we loved our stay.

Overall, our stay was great and we had little to no issues. The only issue we had was that cell service is all but nonexistent and the wifi is not the strongest. With that as the only exception, everything else was flawless. Would happily stay again! Thank you!

I stayed at this property with 10 other people and we had a wonderful time. There were games for the kids to play, we all enjoyed the hot tub, the bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and there was a lot of extra food available in the kitchen plus it was easy to cook. A great week!
