An incredible find in Bruges. The design, comfort and location were all excellent. Secure parking and a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood. Isabella was so warm and welcoming in the morning. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and beautifully prepared. I highly recommend B room.

We were very dissatisfied. This is a specific place for specific guests.
This is not a normal hotel. It doesn't even have a sign, and it's hard to find this accommodation among the post-industrial buildings in the area. There was no staff on site, and we had to call for someone to come and let us in. The owner was far away, so eventually, we were let in remotely. The microscopic room resembled a basement with a concrete floor without any carpet and no window, rather than a room for tourists. THERE WAS NO WINDOW IN THE ROOM! The glass in the non-opening doors outside let light through but was covered so that nothing could be seen, nor could it be opened to let in air. The bed was absurdly high, requiring climbing. The furniture was like surplus from the military. The atmosphere was claustrophobic. As for hygiene: the sheet was black, as were the towels in the bathroom. One can guess why. The bedding was also not white but colored and wrinkled. There was no dining room; breakfast was served in the hallway in a very unappetizing setting with caricatures on the walls and heads with horns. Under these circumstances, I couldn't eat anything and gave up the breakfast I had already paid for. Finally, in this series of dissatisfactions, the owner, who showed up in the morning, charged us an additional 8 Euros for no known reason. He issued no invoice or payment confirmation. Genoten van deze B&B! Ideale locatie, goed ontbijt, prettig verblijf in de kamer en het personeel is vriendelijk!
En superfijn dat we fietsen konden huren. We hebben zo heel prettig kunnen genieten van Brugge!
Het zou voor gasten nog relaxter kunnen zijn als er tijdens het ontbijt niet gewerkt wordt in dezelfde ruimte.

Zeer aangenaam personeel. Er werd steeds gevraagd wanneer er ontbijt nodig was en er werd ook steeds een luchtig gesprek gehouden. Dit zorgt voor de huiselijke sfeer die een bnb nodig heeft.
De wifi is ondermaats voor het uitvoeren van werk. Hier kan naar de toekomst toe een verbetering plaatsvinden, als dit gebeurd is het een top-accomodatie

Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit nur 5 Zimmern in einer ehemaligen Bürstenfabrik - daher der originelle Name (b)room.
Super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück, kostenlose Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad schnell in der Innenstadt.
Unser Zimmer unten war leider hellhörig (oben könnte es besser sein), etwas klein, wenig Raum für Gepäck. Das Fenster war eine Tür nach außen, die man nachts leider nicht, auch keinen Spalt, öffnen konnte. Die Bedienungseinheit für die Beleuchtung und Raumtemperatur war nachts so hell, dass wir zum Abdunkeln etwas darüber hängen mussten.

A very special b&b. Cool, clutter free with interesting artworks dotted around the building. Our room was compact with everything it needed. Comfy large bed, access to hot drinks, an honesty bar, great shower, and a plentiful selection of breakfast items, including homemade granola, muesli, and jams. Zoe is a lovely host and was very happy to help with recommendations and provided information as needed. A great location, about 25 minutes stroll straight into the centre of town. Easy parking around the B Room. Would definitely recommend 👌

This is a gem-just outside of the city center, restored building with beautiful rooms and spaces outside of the room to stay. Great breakfast. Amazing towels and big showers. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very modern interior in industrial style. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s 20,25min walking from and to the city center, but there is also a bus nearby or you can just take a cab. It’s well connected. We didn’t mind being a bit outside the center. It was nice and quiet. The breakfast was amazing, home made yogurt with granola and fruit was my favourite.

The property and the concept is very interesting and nice. The room is sizable and everything was of adequate quality and comfort.
we had 2 reservations: 1) the property is not easily found. In fact we were told by the neighbour and the employee that this is a very frequent complaint. The Property is not marked well and is almost impossible to locate without being on foot (signage is too small to be seen from a car). 2) there was no soap, shower gel or shampoo in the room. When inquired we were told that they have run out and that it will take a few weeks to restock. We didn't understand why they didn't just go over the street to the supermarket for emergency supply.

A perfect place to rest and sleep well after a tiring day. Very clean place. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Enough room to spend a comfortable and quiet night away from the noise. Nice and friendly staff, healthy breakfast and very clean.

Excellent choice for our 2 night stay and would be happy to stay longer. Super clean, incredibly comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. It seems to be a re-styled warehouse so the architecture is very cool and the design inside is nice and modern. Really great breakfast as well, served by a very friendly housekeeper. Free parking, a very quiet and safe neighbourhood - loved it all and will definitely recommend to others.
Not an issue for us but the property is about 20-30 minutes walking to the city centre. It also might not be ideal for solo women as the little “complex” the building is located within is very quiet and not residential (I think it is some sort of old warehouse), so you might not feel safe walking alone at night (Bruges is extremely safe so this is a minor concern though).

it was clean, Sasha was helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and the facility was unique. An easy walk into town.
It was difficult to find even with GPS. More signage at the property would be helpful.
