We stayed one night and loved the room, we had two double beds, bathroom was clean and a good size with a large shower. Enjoyed....would definitely recommend and have even discussed going back to Abita Springs for a weekend and staying again.

One small problem with the door code...I thought the code would be texted to me (not sure why I thought that) never got it and texted owners, immediate response and got the info. The confusion was the e-mail I received via Booking.com said we hope you loved your stay and please give a review. As we hadn't stayed there yet I was confused and ignored the e-mail. After the code issue was resolved I was checking emails, read it again and scrolled down to see the box labeled 'view messages'. There was a very nice message from the hotel with all the info I needed. So, my suggestion would be to put at the top of the e-mail to click on the 'view message' box to get your door code. The email was confusing as we hadn't completed our stay. Anyway, everything was resolved and we had a lovely stay and would to return.

We had a great time on an over night trip! We used the bikes to enjoy the trail and really enjoy the room. Clean, spacious, in walking distance to other places. We will be back!

Spacious, comfy, clean, attractive.

Located right in the middle of the cute town of Abita Springs and minutes away from Mandeville. I liked the closeness to the Abita Brew Pub and the biking trail. We really enjoyed the complementary bikes.

It was a very cold day/night and the heater was not working. We asked about a refund, but was told they couldn’t, but a portable heater was brought.

The water isn't hot enough to take a bath, so the fancy bathtub couldn't be used. The shower had hair in it.
