We loved the covered parking spot with easy access to the floor the apartment is on. The beds were so comfortable. The sectional was a great size to fit my family of 4 while watching TV. Once we parked we never got in the car again as everything is within walking distance. As expected, there’s street noise at night so bring a sound machine. With the sound machine we were able to sleep great and the noise didn’t bother us. One of the reasons we rented here was to be in the middle of all the action and to give our high schooler a true experience of UofA so we didn’t mind the noise. It was fun!

We came for a Basketball game and Dickson st. The loft was perfect location for that. It was so beautiful too.

We stayed in here due to location to school where we had training camp. Quick and easy to campus. Lots of restaurants close by. Would stay here again.

Wonderful weekend stay moving our transfer student in to University of Arkansas. With the winter snow storm and frigid temps, we were especially grateful for the proximity to the school. The layout of the property was perfect for us and our son. It was spacious and clean and well-appointed making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The pictures didn’t do it justice - it exceeded our expectations! The owner was the perfect host. And we can’t wait for our next visit.

We came to Fayetteville to see our daughter graduate and wanted to be close to campus and Dickson street...couldnt ask for a more perfect location. The unit is comfortable for 5 people and everything was in working order. The only criticism would be housekeeping... Place needs a good deep cleaning.

Great place to stay if visiting Fayetteville (or University of Arkansas) and want to be in the heart of things.

This Dickson Street loft is perfect for a college visit with your high school senior at the U of A. It is literally a block from the beautiful campus and our granddaughter loved Dickson Street. Lots of college students at night made it fun for her. A little noisy at night until about midnight, but it really didn’t keep us awake. The loft is nice and the parking on the same floor as the loft was great. Very easy in and out. The only negative I have to report is that the cleaning crew obviously hadn’t dusted in several weeks. Everything was covered with dust. Other than the dust, everything else was pretty clean. It could benefit greatly from a good, deep clean.

This is a great condo located right by campus and places to eat. We only stayed 1 night to do a campus visit but it was perfect for my husband and I with our 2 high school kids. Great communication from the host as well.

We had a really nice time. This unit is beautiful and it’s location is perfectly close to UARK! We will be coming back for sure.

The condo is very convenient to campus, shopping, and restaurants. Easy instructions from owner regarding access, but no instructions inside the condo (good that I didn’t have a 20 step chore chart but bad that there wasn’t information about wifi code). Note: I did text owner about wifi code and he was very responsive, but this step could be eliminated with a simple note in the unit. Unit was clean on the surface, but I’m kind of a neat freak and noticed a lot of dust on fans, baseboards, and silk plants. A deep cleaning would make this property that much better. Again, overall I would recommend this condo, just a couple of extra touches would go a long way. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved staying here in the fall! Such a beautiful condo with spacious rooms and a great layout. Loved the views from every window and the balcony. Beds were comfy, plenty of storage space, great location with nearby restaurants, no issues checking in or out, etc. I needed to be able to practice piano while away for a week. I so appreciated being able to do this here! The piano was a bit out of tune, but it was NO big deal for me. I understand most people enjoy it for the ambiance and fun playing. : ) Worked out great for my practice needs! We ended up needing to stay an extra night on relatively short notice and the owner was super accommodating. We look forward to staying here again when we're back in Fayetteville!

Great trip

My mom & I stayed in this condo over a weekend in late October to celebrate her birthday. Everything was just as shown in the listing. Beds were super comfy, and everything was very comfortable. We felt very safe. I walked alone to get us dinner one night -- plenty of restaurants nearby. Loved the parking on the same floor, and really appreciated that there was not a long list of "don't do this" and "do all our cleaning for us before you check out"!!! Host was readily available whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!! FYI: The bathtubs require a very big step to get into and anyone with mobility might have a hard time with that (we did not, but others in our family would have).

We had such a great stay. The location was perfect for touring the University of Arkansas and seeing Fayettville. Very comfortable and the host was great to work with. The condo has everything you could need. My boys enjoyed playing the piano. Hopefully we will stay here again on our next trip!

This condo is amazing! Convenient to everything and a great place to stay while visiting Fayetteville. I've stayed here before an I will be back. The host is very easy to communicate with and has wonderful hospitality.

Property was "as advertised". Great location and excellent space to stay when visiting the University of Arkansas. The property manager communicated well and made sure I had all the information I needed to access the property and enjoy our stay.
