Everything was fine. Beautiful view. It was quite.

The dishwasher was broken at the time, but we didn't mind much. A new one was underway. It was cool in the evenings due to no heating. We guess this is normal for Madeira, so no complaints.

Great location and view from the balcony! it’s just a few meters to a nice little beach with a good restaurant where we went almost everyday. Also when we had a problem the representative of the owner reacted very swiftly and resolved the issue at 10pm - we really appreciated such approach.

Unfortunately the appartment isn’t taken care of very well. It needs some love and investment. We had a problem with a stench in the kitchen for several days until it was just too much and wanted to move out earlier. But the representative of the owner reacted swiftly and resolved the issue (up to about 90 %) with a technician even in late evening. Still one of the bedrooms is damp and smells bad. We couldn’t have our daughter sleep there so we had to move one more bed to the master bedroom. The beds and matresses aren’t of a high quality.

The location was excellent, right next to the beach with stunning views. Some very nice restaurants close by, and small supermarkets too. The hosts were excellent and very professional, giving us a lot of information about various activities to do there and some local knowledge. The apartment was a very nice size, and was very cosy. Exactly as seen in the pictures, we really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts regularly checked the status of our flights before our arrival, ensuring that we had a smooth trip to the apartment, a very nice gesture.

There wasn't much not to like. Everything was as advertised.

This is very quiet place, away from traffic and parties. Private place in garage is very convenient for travellers with a car. Nice view to the ocean. Reis Magos Beach is about 100 m to walk downhill. We liked our 2 week stay very much. Definitely we'll stay here next time.

I can't say, that there is something we really didn't liked... Sometimes it smells from garage with exhaust gases. Hot water amount is limited by water boiler size, use it moderately in shower. Suggestion for those who will rent a car - take diesel engine car or more powerful car to manage with steep climbs uphill on Madeira island.
