Der Wohnbereich ist offen und geräumig mit einem Essbereich für 6 Personen und einem Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa und einem spektakulären Blick auf das Meer. Sie können auch Kabelfernsehen mit einem Blu-ray-Player oder online surfen im privaten WLAN.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen weiteren herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ideal für Kinder mit 2 bequemen Einzelbetten und einer ebenerdigen Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer.

Can't beat the location. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular! Just walk across the street to the beach. The condo may have been a little outdated, but it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating.

Relaxing
Just steps to the beach, which was very convenient. Balcony of condo overlooks the beach and provides a beautiful sunrise experience. Pool was cleaned daily and had plenty of seating. Condo was a little dated, but clean. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions .

Wonderful Condo!
We have vacationed in this area for several years now, this was our first time renting this unit and it was great. The complex is well kept, the condo had everything we needed, the pool is great and was never crowded, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The owners were helpful and responsive to questions that we had, the rental process was easy. We very much enjoyed this condo and would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you to the Mason's for allowing us to enjoy your condo for our vacation this year.

Quiet with Easy Beach Access
This condo was perfect for me, my wife and 2 kids (8 and 6). Everyone you run into at the complex, whether at the pool or just walking by would greet you. The beach is right across the street.
It’s about 3 miles south of the pier at Flagler Beach which is nice since it’s a lot quieter. It’s about a 20-25 min drive to Ormond Beach and Daytona, about an hour to St Augustine.

Perfect place
We enjoyed everything about this place. Very quiet place and my daughter had the pool all to herself most days. Condo is exactly as pictured. We did not take anything for the beach this condo has everything you need. Towels, toys, chairs, umbrella etc. It was a perfect week and we will be back!

We had a great week at the beach! This property has the best pool of any property on Flagler Beach. The condo had everything we needed - plenty of seating, full kitchen, washer/dryer, firm mattresses.

Wonderful Getaway
Exactly as advertised, excellent communication with the owner, very well equipped unit. Even had sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Was clean upon arrival and very nice. Views from the master suite and the porch are incredible. Convenient access to the beach, and my kids loved the pool. Not very crowded in April, which was the quiet that we wanted. Will definitely be back.

This place was perfect for our family, the bedroom with double beds was perfect for the kids. Yes there are more updated units out there but the in unit washer and dryer made it worth it for us having 2 little kids. It's all you you need for a vacation, awesome view, pool access and in unit washer and dryer with 2 and a half baths. Beach across the street.

Great last minute beach getaway
Our family enjoyed our stay unit was equipped with every day needs including beach chairs and umbrella. Convenient to both Daytona and Flagler directly on the beach enjoyed our time at the pool! And coffee on the porch in the mornings watching the waves crashed on the beach.

Easy to find place right on the beach in a great facility. Far enough away from everything to have peace and quiet but close enough that's its not a far drive.
The condo itself was great and well kept up. Comfy beds and plenty of room for the 4 of us there.

Lovely place in a beautiful location
The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was a nice size for two adults and three school-aged children. We ended up not using the sofa bed (not comfy and couldn’t find a blanket for it). We were able to sleep mom and daughter in one of the full size beds and other daughter in the second full size bed (both beds in 2nd bedroom). Dad and son slept well in the king sized master bed. We enjoyed the beach just across the street and building’s pool. The board games came in handy on the rainy days. The location is nice and quiet compared to the busier locations nearby. We did have to buy toilet paper, coffee filters, and paper towels as soon as we got there. Otherwise, everything else we needed was right there for us. We love this condo complex and hope to come again soon!

Nice Escape
Despite the weather we had a wonderful getaway. The complex is small, so very low key - which is what we wanted. I'm not sure I read where this is a 2 story condo, but it is. However, that wasn't an issue for us. We had a lovely stay and the owners were very prompt with questions. I would 100% stay here again!

I can not describe how amazing this condo, location, and property owners are. As Illinios residents, we were looking for spring break get away that was close to the beach, not very populated, with enough space for 2 adult and 3 teenagers. The Mason's condo delivered!! I enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning with the beautiful ocean view. Beach access literally across the A1A highway. You do not have worry about bringing anything as this condo is equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys. In the evening, my family enjoyed playing board games that were provided in the family room. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils and pans. The condo was clean and comfortable like our home away from home. We were so impressed with Flagler Beach that can't wait to return soon.

Great Getaway
This is a very nice, well cared for property located perfectly on Flagler Beach. The owner could not be more accommodating. We stayed the month of January and even though we continue to social distance, the area has a lot of outdoor seating options we were able to take advantage of. The only drawback to this property are the stairs. There is no elevator to the parking lot so unloading for a months stay up and down stairs is grueling. Other than that, it’s a great place.

Great Stay
We had a lovely stay at this property and particularly enjoyed this unit. The owners made the process of getting in and setting up WiFi, etc. very easy. The property is looked after by a man named Billy, who couldn’t have been more accommodating. We saw whales from our balcony a few times and two space shuttles. The one at night was very impressive. We have already booked for this time next year.

Our stay was absolutely magical! This is the second time we have booked with the Masons, and it was just as wonderful this time as it was the first. We will be booking with them again next year! Their condo is pristine, very cozy, and the view is just breath taking! We absolutely love staying there! Very highly recommended!
