Willkommen auf unsere Luxus-Villa zu funkeln. Das Hotel liegt nur 15 Minuten vom Disney. Eine schöne, herrliche Executive Villa in der malerischen Umgebung von Calaby Parc bei Tower-See, die eine renommierte gated sichere Community ist eingestellt. Die Klimaanlage ist im ganzen mit Deckenventilatoren in den Stamm Zimmer + draußen auf der Terrasse ausgestattet. Wunderschön auf einem extrem hohen Standard rühmt, 5/6 Schlafzimmer, 4 Bäder, 2 WCs ausgestattet. Die 3 beherrscht alle (en suite) + 2 dble Doppelzimmer + Bad. Wir haben 2 Wohnbereiche auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Unsere beeindruckenden Pool + Spa (inkl Unterwasser-Farblicht & Sprays) und Belag wurde verlängert, wenn die Villa gebaut wurde. Mehr als durchschnittlich hochwertigen Poolmöbel, reichlich Platz für zwei Familien, um sich auszubreiten. Kostenlose Nutzung von Grill und internationale Anrufe + Breitband für Laptops. Das Spielzimmer ist fabelhaft mit allem was man für Inc wünschen kann: eine Wii mit Spielen. Die riesige beeindruckende See erlaubt Angeln und rühmt sich mit einer Bootsanlegestelle für Ihren Einsatz.

This house is beautiful. Looks a lot bigger than pictured. The entire house was spotless when we arrived. Perfectly spacious for all 12 of us (5 adults, 7 kids). We mostly enjoyed the pool and patio space outside. And it was only a 25 minute drive to Lego land and 5 minutes from Walmart which was really convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house and will stay again in the future!

Everything was great and I really enjoyed the stay. The house was fully stocked and there are 70-inch televisions in the King size bedrooms and that was a plus for me. I have nothing bad to say. Beds are so comfortable.

Nice Beds and TV’s in everyone, but on the 4th day the TV in the Queen Bedroom went out reach out to the management and owner I was told I will have a tv the following day but it nevered happened, as will was loading in our van the maintenance person came by and I told him thanks for coming back with the tv he said you never Ed got it I said no and never mind now we are leaving for home now
The game room has a lot of games to play if you can stand the heated area it’s very hot there and the area is been used as a storage it looks all types of these inside
Also the pool area was great until the 4th day the problem came as we the hot tub water disappeared without notice but the pool was okay we call maintenance problem was solved until the morning you was leaving
But for as that I will like to give this house and owner another try

We had an amazing time at this property. We stayed for a week and our host was very accommodating. Maurice and his team were quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. When we arrived we let them know that the screem above the pool was damaged. It didn't bother us at all, we just wanted to inform them of damage that we found. They quickly replied letting us know that there a storm and it got repaired a few days later without interrupting our stay. We didn't even see people fix it! There was also leaves in the pool on our first day which wasn't a big deal we still swam but the next morning we woke up to a cleaned pool! Also without seeing anyone!! The house was very clean, the beds were comfy, the house was spacious and perfect for our group. Overall we felt extremely comfortable during our stay. We have absolutely no complaints. We would definitely vacation here again and recommend this property to everyone!!

House was as presented.. Clean, good safe location and guard at gate. House was nicely stocked with an array of extra blankets, etc. Only thing I would say is thermostat will go no lower than 73 degrees, although house has ceiling fans, so not that big of a deal I guess .Hot tub is very hot and heats up quick also. Pool very nice, although we never got in it.. Would definitely stay there again…FYI- Manny’s restaurant is about five minutes away. Don’t miss that!

This villa was absolutely stunning inside and out, photos do not really do this property justice as it is immaculate , modern and well equipped, extremely spacious. Great memories were made and will be remembered for years to come. Would highly recommend this property the neighbourhood was peaceful quite and safe.

Managed to get in a day trip to kennedy space center and also to St Petersburgh and Clear Water beach. Maurice is a great host and always at hand if you need to ask anything. I would recommend Twinkle Villa to anyone wishing to visit Florida

We stayed at this house for a week...It is a perfect vacation home and provided everything we needed and more! There was 8 of us..4 adults and 4 kids..There was plenty of room for everyone! I was very impressed with the lay out of the home. The newly laid, marble designed, tile floors added nicely to the esthetic of the home. More than ample space to spread out for a large family (including 4 full baths and 2 half baths in entry and pool areas a major plus). The kids loved the pool and game area (more comfortable with provided fan in master closet due to the heat). Neighborhood was quiet nice and safe and only 5 mins from local walmart and grocery stores with other shopping/restaurants nearby as well. Additionally 20-30 mins from Kissimee/Disney parks and other attractions. Would love to stay again when we return to Florida for family vacation in the future!

I will most definitely be back if I’m gonna vacation anywhere close to this area. Maurice was amazing to work with and behind helpful. He went above and beyond. The house was beautiful and clean and there was room for everyone and I had a big family I took with me. I most definitely would recommend anyone to stay here.

We had 12 in our group and had plenty of room. The pool area was amazing, we loved spending our time outside, even though the first couple days were chilly the kids still loved the pool. The owner was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions during our stay. The only thing that was worrisome was the rugs in the home are all rolling up on the edges which caused quite a few of us to trip on several times. The beds were aome of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, made it hard to get up in the mornings! I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

We took our family on a Christmas vacation to this house. The listing stated "newly renovated" that is absolutely false! The floors were peeling up, crappy rugs were put down everywhere to try to cover it, cabinets were pulling away from wall in kitchen and all scuffed up, the mattress were disgusting and uncomfortable, there was black mold EVERYWHERE in the house, the dishes were old and dirty, the bathrooms all had hair in the showers.
We requested the pool to be heated. It wasn't. We had to get someone to come turn it on. It takes an entire day to heat. Then 3 days in a row the spa quit and drained. The tv outside in photo is actually in a home made locked box with plexiglass., the remote is locked inside of it.
The game room is a joke. The air hockey table doesn't work, 1 of the basketball hoops doesn't keep score, the wii is broke and no games in cases, foosball was uneven. It was completely unusable! Apparently, it's been this way for a long time.
The internet kept slowing down and wouldn't run the tv and I called to ask about it. He told me his people were on vacation and I should just enjoy my family. The owner called a day later saying I unplugged it. They are in a locked box with combination. I had no access to it. His complaint was that his security cameras weren't working. After looking around, the house was surrounded by cameras outside .....feeling like a big brother house. I have literally never been so happy to come home. I'm not sure how a house that been in this condition and on vrbo so long only has a few reviews and not many negatives. I think they are getting deleted. I do have photos to back up all my statements.
If you're looking for a nice, clean, relaxing vacation, stay away from this house!

We stayed during the last two weeks of September. The home is so lovely and spacious. The beds are comfortable. There was a new outdoor table with tons of seating outside. Very comfortable. The pool was amazing. We did pay for the extra heating and it was worth it. Spa was warm and refreshing and the pool was the perfect ten for swimming and relaxing. The bathrooms are plentiful in this home. The water is very hot and long lasting. We could easily get showers at the same time for all our family members (there was 5 of us). Kitchen is a nice roomy size. And love the table seating as everyone can sit and be part of the conversation with plenty of room for dinner to be on the table too. The Owner and management take great care about the property. The communication with the owner and management is top notch!! We can’t wait to come back to stay again. Best vacation home we have stayed in so far. There are some things I do want to let others know, this is a vacation home, not a B&B. So you will need to bring your supplies. They give you enough to last til you can make it to the market. Second is to be mindful of work rush hour and the theme park rush hour times for I4 and give yourself extra time for traffic. If you go in knowing this your vacation will flow nicely. I grew up in Florida so I know the beast I4 can be but 27 is starting to have its moments now with all the new red lights. Lots of fuel options and grocery markets near by. If you are on the fence on this location, I say take the jump as you will love it. I have never stayed anywhere with such responsive owners and management. You can tell they care. We were sad to leave the home and hope we will get another opportunity to go back to this lovely property. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, you really made our trip quiet wonderful.

From the first contact up until the last message with the owner, everything was very good. Owner reacted at all my questions and even wished us a safe trip home. Looks like a small thing, but we really appreciated. The home itself is great. Really loved the pool. The kids spend many hours in the gameroom. Lots of space and nice rooms and bathrooms. The service from the property manager was really good. She even got us some grocery upon arrival!

If you are going to the parks every day, I would suggest staying closer to them, as the traffic on I-4 is very bad, taking about an hour to get to Sea World. Since we only went one day, it wasn't so bad.
The biggest plus of this property is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area was also nice.
This a gated community, requiring stopping at the gate each time you enter. Also, the driveway is not very large and the guard warned about overly zealous tow truck drivers.
My recommendations to the owner would be 1) Repair flooring on the first floor. Some of the flooring has pieces coming up that are sharp, Some of the rugs have curved edges that are fall hazards. Also, some rugs are loose and slide too easily to be safe for older people. 2) The thermostat was frustrating. It was locked to a certain range and the temp would increase if no one was moving around upstairs after a certain amount of time. It should have allowed for cooler temps this time of year. I understand the need to protect the equipment, but felt it was overly restrictive. 3) Some of the smart switches would turn lights off in the dining and living room when people were in them, not sure of the time, but we were at the table one night and watching a movie another and the lights turned off.

From booking to check-in, owners and managers were great to work with. Our stay was 80-90 weather. Back in Missouri we keep our thermostat about 68. Property thermostat could not be programmed below 74, and windows and doors had to be kept closed. That would be our only negative.

Beautiful Villa!
We stayed here with our family, a friend's family and my husbands parents. There were 10 of us and this house was perfect. There are plenty of rooms for large families and the setup is such that all groups felt like we had our own space. The pool outside was wonderful with a separate bathroom outside. I recommend this villa if you have a large family.
