Spectacular Luxury Condo In Town
Diese maßgefertigte Luxuswohnung befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Aufzug 7 und dem Clark's Market entfernt. Spazieren Sie zum Skifahren und auf dem Flusspfad oder bringen Sie die galoppierende Gans zur Gondel. Diese atemberaubende Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 1/2 Bädern wurde Ende September 2018 fertiggestellt und verfügt über eine Gourmetküche mit Subzero-Geräten, Arbeitsflächen aus Carrara-Marmor und maßgefertigten Schränken. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Carrara-Fliesen und Arbeitsplatten sowie maßgefertigten Waschtischen. Tauschen Sie zwischen der Master- und der Gästesuite aus, da die eine über eine Dampfdusche und die andere über eine tiefe Badewanne verfügt. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen maßgefertigte Eichenböden, ein Gaskamin, Strahlungswärme, eine Terrasse mit Webergrill, Arbeitsplatten aus Carrera, luxuriöse Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit Fadenzahl 300. Unsere Familie kommt seit über 15 Jahren nach Telluride. ... hier ein Zuhause zu haben, ist ein wahr gewordener Traum. My truck did not fit in the garage so I needed to contact the host to give my license plate number. I was unable to get in touch with the host using the "contact host" link on VRBO. It kept cycling back to the main listing.
Thankfully we did not get a ticket from the city for parking along the street so it all worked out.
The only other thing is that it was unseasonably warm in Telluride during our stay and the upstairs could use a box fan to circulate air. But I'm sure this only happens a few times a year.
Everything else was great. Thank you for opening up your cozy condo.

Beautiful, simple, clean condo just as pictures indicate. Plenty of space for the family and appliances all worked perfectly. We went to Clark’s for groceries daily, it’s right around the corner! The master shower has a steam, so nice at the end of a long day. Stay here!

This property is absolutely stunning and very close to town. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the gondola and 2 minutes to the local grocery store which is convenient. If you are older and don’t have great knees or have kids in the crawling age- there are lots of stairs! Other than that this is completely perfect for a family or group of friends!

Family vacation with adult children. Less than 2 block walk to Lift 7 or grab free town bus to ride to Gondola. Condo is beautiful. Each bedroom having its own full bath and additional half bath on the top floor is great. Views are spectacular and a wonderful space to relax after a day of skiing. Loved it.

This townhouse is modern, comfortable and in an excellent location. Easy to walk to town by the beautiful creek or take the Galloping Goose to the gondola. Beautiful views of the mountains and a quick walk to the grocery. I would stay here over and over again!

This modern mountain home was perfect for our summer family getaway with plenty of well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy and a fantastic open living room floor plan upstairs.
Location is phenomenal, with downtown a short walk away and the grocery store next door. Not to mention in the winter access to the mountain can't be beat.
To top it all off Naomi was a delightful host. We had to extend our stay on either side. She was immediately responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Stayed at this lovely home to enjoy the mushroom festival and a family birthday. Home is peaceful and comfortable. Decor is refreshingly uncluttered Swedish minimalism at it’s best. My son is a chef and was able to find all utensils he needed to treat us to a special meal. Table was perfect for our family to gather around. Windows are plentiful and invite you to enjoy the beauty of Telluride. We were surprised to not find a note to welcome us, or any instructions on the home or what to do with trash, and other home details. There were a few missing touches such as hand soap in two of the bathrooms. Light fixture over master bedroom sink does not work. Front door has an amazingly loud squeak that became amusing over time when family members came in late at night. We reached out to provide our license number in case we needed to park on the street and to request a noon checkout to allow a family member a place to wait for shuttle to airport in Montrose but never heard back from anyone. We loved our stay but were disappointed with the lack of communication. We would definitely consider staying here again as it was perfect for our family.

Beautiful Home & Great Stay!
We had an amazing time in Telluride thanks to this beautiful place to stay! Very conveniently located - near the grocery store, a lovely walk into town along the river, or quick ride on the galloping goose (free shuttle). All of us loved the house and the beds were great (comfiest bunk beds I’ve ever slept on!). We had some confusion with the address on check in, but called Naomi and she answered right away and helped us. We can’t wait to come back to Telluride again and would love to stay here again. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We enjoyed everything about this place. It was very clean when we checked in and has very modern updated finishes throughout. The short walk to chair seven was very easy in full gear. We were able to catch the bus as well right out the door. Close enough to town that it is easily walkable as well. We would definitely rent this place again.

Super clean, exactly as described and even better than pictured! Host was super responsive and so easy to work with! Great location to everything in Telluride! We are a family of 7 with 5 kids under 13. This was the perfect spot for us! We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was terrific. The owner was very helpful and the listing is true to form. This was our first time skiing Telluride and our experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this location for serious skiers vs Mountain Village or closer to the gondola. It’s quiet at night and access to Chair 7 is two blocks away. The main downtown area is a 7 minute walk. The townhome is recently remodeled and very tastefully appointed. Everything was functioning and loved the steam in the master bath. Also, Clark’s Grocery is right next door. Thanks again for a terrific experience!

We enjoyed out stay here this summer. The house was clean and minimalist which was great in comparison to others we have stayed at that were overly decorated and crowded feeling. The location to the grocery store is a huge benefit. We could easily walk the trail along the river to the gondolas and town each day. Our pup had easy access to grass to go to the bathroom and she loved the balcony and seeing the other balcony dogs.
My only complaint is the kitchen was a little sparse and no microwave, which in the time of COVID is more crucial than normal. I would recommend bringing your own cooking knives and crockpot etc.
Additionally the downstairs “default kid room” did not have a way to keep the kids from flipping the lock and walking outside from the exterior door in their room. I wish this had a keyed deadbolt so I wouldn’t be worried about them getting out, or older teens sneaking out ha!

The full time residents in the complex were very nice. You are so close to the newly updated Clarks supermarket. Our dogs enjoyed their time as well. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave. We highly recommend staying in this property. You can walk to the hotspots in downtown or take the Galloping Goose bus that picks up every 10 minutes during the day.

Loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Telluride. We had 4 adults and two kids and had more than enough room. Comfortable beds and all the amenities that we needed. Only surprise was that kids bunk bed room was on the bottom floor which made us a little uneasy having our little kids on the access floor. Would definitely come back and stay again.
