Please is spotless and filled with amenities. Jim and Rosemary are absolutely lovely! My only disappointment was pool wasn't heated. Other than that, we were so happy with these accomodations.

My husband and I just finished a stay at this property and we can't rave about it enough. It's obvious the owners take pride in maintaining this rental - it is well appointed (Queen bed) and very clean. The yard and pool are lovely, much larger than the pictures show. A quiet fenced in oasis to sit and read, grill or have a beer. We are scuba divers & this place fit us perfectly. 5 minute walk to our dive shop, the beach & restaurants. Less than 5 minute drive to the Blue Heron Bridge. We were able to rinse, hang & dry all our gear in the backyard, which was such a valuable perk! Laundry onsite is really helpful. Side note: as a frequent solo traveler, I would feel very safe staying at this rental because the owners are next door.

The owners are very gracious and kind. They go out of their way to see that you have the comforts of home. Very comfortable and clean. I can’t say enough nice things about them. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Clean! Clean! Clean! The location was as described, however, the pictures don't do it justice. This location puts you close to everything: dining, beaches, shopping.....The owners could not have been more gracious. They made sure we had everything we needed right to bottled waters upon arrival. We loved our time there and enjoyed their company. I especially loved the pristine pool. We can't to visit again next year.!

Comfortable stay

I was so excited to find this listing on Vrbo and even more excited when we got there. Not only is the rental price amazing, the property is in an excellent location, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do on the island. Communication with the owner was so easy and the couple is so friendly. An added extra bonus that we took advantage of is the beach chairs they provide and the FREE laundry. This duplex was the perfect size for my husband and I. We will totally stay there again if it’s available when we come back.

Everything was perfect! We complete enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to many conveniences... will stay again next time we are in PB! Thank you Jim & Rosemary... you were most gracious hosts!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay! All the comforts of home! The hosts were wonderful people! The pictures didn’t do it justice! It was very convenient to some great restaurants and family!

Loved the rental. Pictures well represented the property and amenities. Our hosts, Jim & Rosemary, were pleasant and available had we needed anything. Everything we needed, plus some, was provided. The property is well situated to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Hope to see them again next year!

The property, its location, and the on-site landlord and land lady all are perfect. I have no complaints, nothing but praise.

The cottage was newly decorated and clean. The owners were so nice and helpful! The small kitchen was well equipped for cooking and had bottled waters in the frog, coffee and tea.Cleaning products are supplied. Bathroom had soaps, shampoo etc to use. The back yard has a nice pool (to cold to swim in), nice sitting lounge area and table with umbrella. They had beach chairs and an umbrella for the big oceanside beach which was close by. It was a fun week!

It was wonderful! I am so lucky to have found this on line. I felt right at home in "my little house," with a wonderful host and hostess.
