Coffee and water station at front desk with lemons and cucumbers or limes was refreshing.

I booked with booking . Com flat rate was 114. The bill came to $160.- the hotel charged me on my credit card . Tried to contact booking.com but unable to understand the billing because the email receipt said $136.

That when booking didn’t send them the confirmation the still accolades us for the night at a 1/3 of the cost because they could see the distress and tiredness in our eyes finally the next morning 9 hours maybe more later finally our reservation came out from booking! They deleted that bull!! Aooo honestly don’t book three booking unless more then four to five days out so just incase thing can get fixed or found!!! And booking made me pay for the room online and the hotel manager said if it is that night or day your are coming in it is best to go straight threw the hotel because you have to go threw a whole ordeal to fix anything threw boooking! Honestly I will never use booking again!!! Hotel always keep extra rooms and are never fully booked so if you come in past 10/11 you get better deals face to face then with this site!!!!

Do not book with booking at this facility!!! Better to just walk in and you will get the same rate!!

Good location right off highway Lots of fast food & other restaurants close by Unfortunately as it was Monday holiday night many restaurants were closed but we found a great Mexican place 2 miles up the road

Our room had an unusual odor somewhat moldy although it had recently been renovated We mentioned this at the front desk & Zach apologized & moved us to another larger room just down the hall no additional charge

The breakfast staff was very slow replacing items out when running out. Both days of our stay the scrambled eggs were empty not sure what was suppose to be in the other dish due to it being empty. 5 people in line waiting for the waffle maker. Had cereal but the milk wasn't stocked. Danish container empty. I can't give this hotel a low rating over the breakfast, It had a great verity (if stocked properly) The property was very clean, secure, updated and friendly staff

Rooms smelled mildew/musky. Rooms were worn down, need make over especially for the money people are spending…this isn’t motel 6. Breakfast was picked over and not restocked. Spider(s) in the bathroom.

Hotel building is relatively new -- 2 or 3 years old in 2023.

Room serviced sporadically. Rooms seemed small, crowded. "Smart" TV is complicated to operate.

room originally facing parking lot on first floor and did not have thick curtains? only sheer curtains, at night anyone from the road or parking lot could see in my room easily. luckily I was moved to a higher floor so it was mildly safer but again, only sheer curtains?? why?

Noisy location, breakfast was a problem; opened at 7:30-9am, all items wiped out by 8, no staff on duty to restock, desk person could not or would not help. No coffee, no utensils, no plates/bowls. No food. Breakfast crowd was pissed. Found a bagel in display but had to spread cream cheese with the handle of a spoon I found in the underneath cabinet. When staff questioned guests got no answers . If there was an issue, it should have been addressed or at least posted. Disappointing stay. Frustrated parents and kids. Oh, and did I mention the ceiling lights in the breakfast area kept going on and off like an intended light show?

front desk staff was nice, friendly, personable and welcoming. coffee was great & they had a list of local restaurants which I thought was nice to support the small business in the area.

loved the food and drink options for purchase & that there was a microwave available so I could eat before bed. it saved me time and money on my trip.
