L'extrême gentillesse du propriétaire. La petite kitchenette. C'est certes un petit studio mais avec une douche confortable, des toilettes séparées, et un très grand lit cosy en mezzanine. Jus d'orange pressé délicieux, pain, croissants, miel et confitures "maison" et un café hors pair (machine à grains) qu'on vous invite à déguster à discrétion dès votre lever si vous le souhaitez !

Pas de parking mais à Fontainebleau c'est légion et le château est à deux pas. Tout se fait à pied. Nous avons pu nous garer assez facilement. Pour les inconditionnels de la télé, qu'ils sachent qu'elle n'est pas dans la chambre mais au RDC.

Уютные двухэтажные апартаменты с красивым садом и террасой. Скромный, но вкусный завтрак, во время которого можно попробовать hand made jam гостеприимного хозяина. Место, куда захочется вернуться.

Кнопка слива плохо работала, приходилось постоянно снимать крышку с бачка. Напор воды в душе слабоват, но не критично. Можно на воротах как-то обозначить локацию, потому что мы немного потерялись, а звонок постоянно срывался.

Well, the space was really wide and has everything I needed to feel confortable. The bed was big enough for two people. The shower is big (02 people) and the pressure coming from the shower was really nice. Breakfast is really a special moment for sharing your day with Gerard or some other person who can be staying in the other appartament, at least, I made a new friend!! The eggs are coming from his own chickens and makes his own jama (strawberry and 3 more)

Gerard is a wonderful host. His breakfasts are phenomenal - homemade yogurt, freshly squeezed homemade orange juice, homemade jams and honey … and lots of bread and pastry. The coffee is excellent too. I stayed as I was attending INSEAD for the week. It’s the perfect location, 8 minutes from campus and 5 minutes into the quaint town centre. It’s nice and quiet at night and I felt very safe as a lone female traveller.

Die. Räumlichkeiten waren zwar sauber aber die Ausstattung doch bescheiden. Das Zimmer relativ klein. Der Zugang über einen Hinterhof war nicht erbaulich. Die Parkplätze in der Straße waren sehr knapp.

Lovely little oasis very close to the chateau. The breakfast was wonderful and you would never know you were in the middle of a town. The room was very comfortable for the three of us with the added bonus of a little kitchen - although we didn't use it as everything was on our door step.

The room was very clean and the owner Gerard was very friendly. He made a wonderfull breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and we were offered a variety of fresh homemade items. The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and well located.
