Das Komplex 'La Nogalera' ist das größte Wohnkomplex in Torremolinos. Er befindet sich im Herzen von Torremolinos, direkt neben der Fussgängerzone des Ortes und der anliegenden Hauptstraße.
La Nogalera befindet sich auf einer Grundfläche von 4.000 m² auf denen die Gebäude stehen. 2 große Pools (über 200 m²) und ein Restaurants stehen ausschließlich den Bewohnern bzw. den Mietern der Arpartments kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Sonnenschirme und Strandliegen am Pool sind auch kostenlos.
Durch die zentrale Lage des Komplexes sind es nur einige Meter zu Geschäften, Banken, Post, Bars, Discos, Restaurants und Supermärkten sowie Taxi, Bus und Bahnhof. Ohne Probleme können Sie diese Wege schnell zu Fuss machen.
Der Strand (Paseo maritimo) mit seinen Restaurants und berühmten Chiringuitos (Strandrestaurants direkt am Meer), ist in kaum 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Flughafen von Malaga ist 4 km entfernt und die Stadt Malaga nur 7 km.
Das Appartement liegt im 4. Stockwerk und die Terrasse hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf Meer und Pool. Die Südwestausrichtung des Hauses bietet Sonne von Mittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung ist 95 m² groß und komplett renoviert und grosszügig eingerichtet. Das Appartement ist komplett möbiliert und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 5 eingebaute Kleiderschränke, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, zwei Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, Klimaanlage und ein Safe.
Zwischen den beiden Terrassen befindet sich die Küche die alle erdenklichen Wunsche erfüllt. Von den Champagnergläsern über die Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen , Herd von dem Geschirr ganz zu schweigen. Desweiteren auch Satellitenfernsehen mit über 120 Kanälen in 10 Sprachen, davon mehr als 30 auf deutsch. A nice apartment with good pool in the center of Torremolinos. Communication with host went well. Apartment was clean, A/C worked well, kids liked the pool and overall we had a pleasant experience in the apartment.

Lovely apartment
The owner met us at the property when we arrived, explained everything very well and took us to show us where the taxis, buses and trains could be found which was very helpful. The property was well placed for access to the beach and restaurants, although a little bit noisy at the weekend when the nightclub closed in the early hours. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

Comfortabele, clean apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. It was also nice to find all kinds of products like oils, salt&pepper, coffee and cleaning products available. Although the neighbourhood can be a bit noisy the new double glazing keeps most of it out. We would defenitely go here again.

Lovely apartment
The apartment has everything you need and is spotlessly clean, two lovely new bathrooms, a balcony that has sun all afternoon. The only thing that we found to be a problem was the nightclub close by stays open until 7am Friday/Saturday. This kept us awake due to it’s proximity.

Wonderful stay
From the moment of booking all the way through to checking out the process was smooth. Ridha is extremely helpful and was a great host, taking the time out to show us around, explain everything and even helped with our luggage. The apartment was spacious as exactly as described on the website and the complex really clean and good. Enjoyed the added level of security with the key cards for pool access and loved the rule about not being able to reserve sun beds meaning there was always availability throughout the day- something that is usually an issue on holiday. The area is perfect location and close to many attractions- we used the train most days for easy visits to the dolphin park, zoo and local attractions and it is a short train or cab ride away from the airport. We shall definitely be re-booking as a family but also I have recommended to a couple of my friends for us to go over for a week as well as it will cater for both family and friends holidays. It is close to the beach and directly in the centre of lots of evening activities with bars, restaurants and clubs. Wonderful stay and a wonderful host whom we shall book again with in the future.

I spent a week at these apartments with 5 friend and couldn't fault the accommodation. Great for 6 mature ladies to experience Torremolinos. The apartment was bang in the centre so great for shopping, restaurants, bars and very close to the beach. The apartment was very clean and plenty of towels were provided. All in all the apartment had everything we required. When in the apartment it was hard to believe that we where in the centre as it was very quiet. The owner was very helpful as 1 of the party became unwell and he kept us right on accessing medical help. The pool area was very quiet so great for just chilling out. Loved the place so much that we are all hoping to go back next year.

There is also a grocery store just a few steps from the entrance, as well as a fresh fruit and bread shop right next door. There is a pharmacy within steps of the front door too. The train stop is just minutes away & we traveled nearly every day to zoos, water parks, playgrounds, etc. The beach and gift shopping are very convenient. We stopped at our favorite ice cream shop on our way home every day.

Super vacation!
Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, place was just as per the photos on the site, landlord was gracious and generous of his time. Would go back anytime as it was very well situated, restaurants close by, shops, friendly waiters. Highly recommendable.

3 bed apartment in Torremolinos
There were 5 in our party, Ridah's apartment was ideally placed for both the beach and town centre. The apartment had everything you could need and was very clean and well laid out. The pool was spotlessly cleaned every day and had the benefit of a poolside bar which also served excellent tapas and snacks. We will definitely return again *****

Perfect property we where a family of 6. More than enough room for us all. Well equipped and spotlessly clean, everything you could want and more. Close to all amenities, rhida the owner was very helpful from booking to leaving. We will be re booking very soon, can't wait to return.

Great place to stay
Fab apartment, in a fabulous area. Walked through San Miguel before but never saw all the side streets with plenty of bars and Restaurants. Would definitely book same apartment again.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at la nogalera apartments. Centrally located,lots of nice bars and restaurants. Lots of shopping around town. And only 5euros in a taxi to la carihuela. If you fancied something a bit more upmarket lot's of great bars and restaurants..to chose from..a great stay..

Love this apartment which we have enjoyed several times now and have been well looked after by our host Ridha who is most attentive and very responsive. The apartment is clean, cool, comfortable and well stocked with everything required for a relaxing holiday. Fast internet along with plentiful supply of linens and a very nice balcony overlooking the main pool. Minutes from train station but also very quiet as the train is underground. Would recommend to all, thank you Ridha.

We travelled from the U.S. for a vacation getaway. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities needed to feel like you are in your own home. Very clean and nicely decorated. Close to shops and restaurants. No need for a car. Metro station a block away. Centrally located.

Great location for beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment is really clean and had everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The balcony had a great view of the swimming pool which we spent loads of time round.
Ridha the owner was really lovely and helpful and met us at the train station and then took us to the apartment, it was good knowing if we had any problems Ridha could sort them because he lives in the apartments nearby.
All in all we had a lovely family holiday and thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment

Great location for beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment is really clean and had everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The balcony had a great view of the swimming pool which we spent loads of time round.

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location.
Ideally located near the underground train station (literally couple of minutes walk), which is right in the heart of Torremelinos, so everything is at hand (shops, bars and restaurants). The apartment has recently been renovated of was immaculate and decorated to a high standard (we were confident in using kitchen ware, which is the highest possible complement anyone could ever pay 😉). The summer pool was emptied but we were out of season so this is to be expected and wasn't a problem. The beach was probably 20 mins walk with a pushchair which was down a reasonable Hill but this wasn't too strenuous, there are steps down to the beach also but again we had a pushchair so avoided this route. All in all we were very impressed (our group consisted of myself, my wife, 13 month old son and my mum and dad), we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will most certainly visit this apartment again. P.S. The owner was very accommodating, arranging a cot and allowing us to pay our damage deposit in sterling so we didn't have excess euros when we left for home. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Ideal location and property.
We found this apartment to be perfect for our needs. It's just off the main square so it's close enough to the action but without the noise.
The apartment was spacious enough for 3 adults and it felt like a home away from home.

AN IDEA TOWN CENTER LOCATION
Close to tall the shops stores night life, cafes and bars this scrupulously clean and modernised property has every facility at hand and I can highly recommend this apartment. Although in the centre of Torremolinos the complex is part of a well maintained oasis. Just minutes to walk to the beach with the option of using a lift down to the seafront this property is ideally located. Idea for singles, or family groups. Check it out.

Excellent accomodation in central location
Property was exactly as described on-line, twin balcony, spacious rooms with two very clean bathrooms - perfect accommodation. owner very helpful and obliging especially after we had locked ourselves out. Would defiantly this apartment again.
