Great location. Well kept and clean apartment. Parking close by.
A little noisy at night. Better soundproofing of the apartment would have been good.

Perfect location, clean, stylish and managed by the exceptional Ivan. Bed was very comfortable, wonderful thick quality cotton sheets, very good pillows. Comms good, advice fantastic, and service above and beyond.
We are a family of four and it was a little cramped and the shower pooled slightly. As you can tell I’m struggling here!

The location was everything, near to eateries and shops

The location of the apartment was more central than expected, yet quiet every night. The standard of finish, furnishings and attention to every detail in Apartment 1 is exceptional. Everything was on the doorstep or just around the corner. The option of a nearby paid secure parking space that we could come and go from daily allowed us tour the Istrian peninsula at our leisure.
Two minor issues:
1. the shower head was faulty. Water spilled out of one side only, reducing its benefit.
2. the bathroom door creaked very loudly when opened / closed, very disturbing during the night

Great central location, clean and comfortable. Friendly and prompt staff. Overall good value for money.
The hot water ran out quickly. Needs somewhere to hang wet towels and swimming costumes after a day on the beach.

Great location. Nicely appointed apartment and spacious. Kitchen had a good selection of plates and cutlery, and had a dishwasher. Very welcoming, nice support team. They were flexible, answered texts promptly, and helped with our (heavy) luggage. Parking was nearby and easy to get car in/out.
The mattress was very, very firm — too firm for me to sleep well (recognize this is a bit personal preference). Noting that the linens were very nice. Also, noise from upstairs apartment transferred easily to our middle floor apartment - particularly noticeable our first night. (Thru no fault of the property owner, the family upstairs from us had a child that seemed to be throwing a permanent tantrum, including running around when he wasn’t howling; they left the next day).

Perfect location, just in the middle of the city center. The apartment is located in a traffic restricted area, so it is cannot be reached by car. Although it is easy to find parking space outside and the owner will be happy to help with the luggages.
The apartment is clean, stylish, well equipped. We loved it a lot.

- Cozy and well decorated apartment
- parking 5 mins walking
- More amenities when you stay more than 1 night. We had only a small gel-shampoo-body lotion for 3 nights and 3 people
- We missed a long mirror. The only mirror in the apartment is the one in the bathroom
- As there is no cleaning service, it would be a plus if the apartment can provide a mop, and not only the brush or the hoover. After every shower, the floor got wet and there was anything to cleaning it.
- A bit small for 3 people and more than 1 or 2 nights

noise, no insulation, the guest upstairs might as well be in our apartment. You can hear every footstep, every movement and hear their normal voice conversations.

Would recommend and stay there again. Beautifully appointed, newly renovated apartment in a fabulous location. Extremely comfortable bed. Pleasantly surprised. Ivan was a terrific host and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent location in Rovinj. The apartment looks really great (congrats for the interior designer). The parking is relatively close. Pick-up from parking on arrival and drop-off to parking when you leave is a great idea and definiately a great help (no need to carry your luggage). The value for money was ok (but you get better value for money in other countries).
Well... It's not about this particular property but I just have to write it - Croatia got very expensive in recent years. In my opinion it's quite above the european average (including very touristic countries like Italy, Spain, France etc).

The apartment was beautiful, clean and in a fabulous location.
They only gave one large and one tiny towel for each person but they provided additional when I asked. it’s easy to get in touch with them and they always respond.
The hot water ran out when I was showering. I mentioned it when I left and they said that shouldn’t have happened and maybe it needed an adjustment. I’m not sure about that, bur keep it in mind if this happens to you, perhaps say something during your stay so the problem can be rectified. They do always respond

One of the greatest experiences we ever had with an apartment. Everything was great. Excellent location, beautiful apartment, very new and very clean. Lovely for a couple, and it would be great also for a group of four. The services and support provided by the hosts were great! Absolutely recommended!

Great location, good airco and owner brings you from the parking to the flat with a golf buggy. Private parking but with 15€ per day extra charged. No outside noice. No terrace but lot’s of nice places ones you step out of the flat.
Nihil - just the doors from bedroom and bathroom making noice, needs some oil. 😄
