I liked the fact that I actually found a place to stay on such short notice. I last minute had to book something as to be able to go on a week vaca with some family who had already been booked elsewhere...

That there was no one in the office when I left early morning and therefore I couldn't get my 50.00 dollar deposit back!!! Why in hell was there nobody working?!?!!!

Safety and health hazard. Room not available at checking. Once in room roaches and nauseating smell very overpowering and difficult to breath. Did not stay. Unpleasant activities in parking lot. Not safe parking vehicle. Refusal to provide receipt at check in and check out. Refunded deposit for unsued room not giving. Double billed. Reported to BBB.

There is absolutely nothing positive to say about this motel. It was only 10 minutes from the hospital, which is the reason I went to Bradenton.

At the check-in window you are required to pay a $50 fee to cover damages if any, as well as sign several documents before ever seeing your room. When I opened the door to the room I was appalled, first by the mildew smell and then by the filthy condition. I opened a drawer and a cockroach scurried out. The beds were disheveled and the sheets had stains. The wall receptacle above the night table had no cover, posing a safety hazard. The curtain rod on one of the windows was half falling down. In the bathroom there was no mirror, no hot water and the exhaust fan was covered in filth. Plaster was falling off the walls in places giving the room the ambiance of a flop house. Please see the pictures. I went back to the check-in window to ask for a different room but was told they are all the same. I was offered fresh sheets and towels which I assumed would be changed while I was away. When I returned to see nothing had been done I was told it was because I wasn't there. He then brought a set of sheets to the room and said I needed to put them on myself, which I did. I had no choice but to stay the night but checked out the next morning. I was refused a refund for the 2 day unused portion of my stay. I was later told by my Lyft driver that homeless people have actually refuse to stay there.

This hotel had some bad review...But they are just opinions! I have a very nice stay and the room and was shown to me prior to paying. Remodeled with tile floors and very nice tile bathroom. They have a 24hr security system and the manager stays on the proerry. .I felt secure as a single female traveler.

I did suggest another secured lock on the door. They are changing doors and remodeling as supplies and money permit With the security camera I was comfortabl.

the room was not clean. Hair balls and soap scum all over the shower, molded curtain like it had never been washed. One of the beds were broken…. the back door was taped shut ( electrical tape ). looked like someone had thrown up prior and you could still very well see it wasn’t cleaned up real good ( on the mirror, floor, wall and chair. toothpaste on and around bathroom sink, if they truly actually were to clean the room after someone checks out then it would be an adorable place. staff very nice and friendly.

How close it is to everything

1. There was blood stain on the comforter. 2. Paint on the sheets. 3. Someone else’s hair on the shower wall. 4. Night time management. Did not believe there was blood. I had to change my own sheets because he had an attitude or dislike in his tone.
