Das Breakaway ist ein wunderschönes und gepflegtes Haus, das seit über 18 Jahren von denselben Eigentümern geführt wird. Jedes Jahr wird es aktualisiert und in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten. Laut einer aktuellen Studie von National Geographic ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zu einem der 21 besten Strände der Welt.
Sunset Beach ist ein ruhiger Familienstrand, ideal für Familien und Paare. Wir bieten vier Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit Außendusche. Unsere abgeschirmte Veranda bietet einen Blick auf das Meer sowie unsere Witwenwache im dritten Stock. Es gibt einen privaten Balkon neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Kürzlich wurde ein Aussperrbereich für Ihre Fahrräder, Golfschläger, Liegestühle usw. hinzugefügt.
Bitte beachten Sie: In den Sommermonaten sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo NICHT im Preis enthalten, da wir sowohl bei VRBO als auch über einen lokalen Vermieter vermieten. In den Nebensaisonmonaten sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Mietpreis enthalten.

It’s like coming home. We know where everything is and we are comfortable here.

We had a wonderful stay at The Breakaway! The house was clean, the kitchen well-stocked, there were plenty of bathrooms for folks to use plus an outside shower for rinsing sand off when coming back to beach. Even though linens/towels aren’t provided it wasn’t a big deal for us. It was a few minutes walk to the beach, market and shops. Lorelei was great to work with and very responsive and our family had a wonderful time:)

We started staying at this house in 2019 after renting on 36th street for 30+ years. Our 6th stay was just as wonderful as the past 5. The house is perfect for a family with young kids, as it’s close to the beach and has ample space for all. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasted some nice updates since last summer. The owner is extremely communicative and very responsive to any questions or concerns (but we never have concerns). My boys refer to The Breakaway as our “Sunset Beach house” and it would be hard to stay anywhere else! Another week that we were all sad to see come to an end. Thank you, Lorelei!

The house was very clean and updated. It is within minutes walking distance to the beach and access to the beach was very easy. The rooftop deck and screened in porch were enjoyable. AC works very well. (We went during a very hot week) Also an added benefit, this beach is the quietest beach area I have ever stayed. Very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very nice place and would highly recommend.

Our family loves staying at this beach house! It is the perfect set-up for us! Everyone has their own room and bathroom, the living room is a large space for everyone to hang out in and it is not too far from the beach! The host has been great and has been an easy process! We thoroughly enjoy our week stay every summer and plan to come back!

We had another great stay at this property. It’s perfect for our family. Close to the beach and pier (easy walk) and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and cookware etc. Love it is convenient to the convenience store and ice cream shop, too.

We had a wonderful stay at The Breakaway. The house was clean and decorated beautifully! The house had everything we needed for the week. The beach, fishing pier, and shops were just a short walk away. There were different community events such as craft fairs and live music on the fishing pier which you could hear from the screened porch. You will definitely enjoy yourself at The Breakaway!

This was our third year coming here. Wonderfully kept spacious house with plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Our favorites are it is within walking distance to the beach and ice cream, and it has plenty of outdoor balcony space including a screened in balcony and a widows watch where you can see and hear the ocean from the house.

This beach house was perfect for us! We loved the floor plan and how well it was stocked. Everything was clean and welcoming. What we liked most was that it was convenient to the beach and pier. A short walk to both made it the perfect spot for us! We definitely recommend staying here and plan to rebook it again ourselves!

This was our first trip since the start of the pandemic. We couldn't have found a more perfect house, location or beach. The house met our every need, clean, spacious and a fully stocked kitchen! The beach was easily walkable even with umbrellas, chairs and stroller. It was the perfect setting for a carefree family getaway. Thank you for the wonderful memories, we will be back!
