Liz and Jennifer are the best, they are the friendliest of ladies and nothing is too much trouble. They made my birthday extra special too. We loved, loved, loved it.. It is in a fantastic location and would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to go back again some day. The house is amazing and the pool, loved the grounds and Veranda. Really miss it already....

The house and furnishings are gorgeous. Our bed and room were amazing. Coffee was wonderful!
The location is perfect for walking into town or to the marina with many great restaurants nearby.
The air conditioning was overpowering. We were able to control it in our own room but the rest of the house was too cold for us.
Sorry to say that the breakfast was sorta meh..bread products weren't very fresh.

I think breakfast was a bit uninspired. Was served fruit that was unripe, and a muffin with waffles is a lot of carbs. Would love have been given a choice. Coffee was nice. I think an afternoon cocktail, ice tea, cookies, something would be nice. Staff was loud while cleaning, taking phone calls, was hard to take a nap.

We had a wonderful stay very cozy inn it was impeccable, the beds were super comfy and high quality sheets and pillows big bathroom.

I absolutely fell in love with the gorgeous, cozy, comfortable huge home! Every detail was taken care of to snacks/ water in the rooms. The hosts were sweet and the breakfast was DELICIOUS! What a great experience! Will definitely come back ❤️ It felt like home but with awesome perks!

We stayed at the Ocean Bay House mid December and had one of the best B&B experiences ever. It's a beautifully renovated Victorian House with all the amenities one could ask for. The managers Liz and Jen were very professional. During our stay Liz was mainly there making sure our visit was perfect. She prepared wonderful breakfasts and allowed us to use the common areas to meet with extended family members. She was so hospitable, we could find no areas of improvement. Thank you so much Liz!

The house was beautiful. Our room (the Prospect) was lovely. Our bathroom was so cute and spotless. The innkeepers, Jenn and Liz should win inkeepers of the year. They were the best. We have decided that this is the best b&b experience ever for us. Truly.

Location was good for Bay Shore, half way between the marinas and the town centre so easy to walk around. Number lock system meant we were able to check in easily without bothering anyone. Breakfast was great, nice & fresh.
Appreciate this is due to the rooms being in a beautiful old house, but you can easily hear other clients as they move around the property talking & enjoying themselves. not an issue unless they are keeping different hours to you!

Fantastic, beautiful inn. Our room (called The East End) was spacious, tasteful, clean and comfortable with an awesome, well-appointed bathroom. The pool on the grounds is small but well done and perfect for a chill vibe. Staff are great, friendly and accommodating.

The location was great. I wasn't able to stay for breakfast. But the original house has been beautifully restored and the staff was great.
My only complaint is that my bedroom was on the third floor and there is no elevator. I am 67 years-old & had difficulty maneuvering the steep stairs. I will only return if there are ground-level rooms.

Everything. Accommodations were just what we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Staff was attentive and available. House is magnificent. Parking was on property and secure. Good views. Walkable to restaurants & island ferries without all the raucous late-night crowds. Quiet. Perfect getaway to stay put as well.
Only staying 2 nights was a bummer!
