A lovely home well situated for a beach holiday and close to major roads for access to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale. We enjoyed a couple of steaks at Tropical Acres on Griffin which is Floridas oldest steakhouse. Very affordable golf at Orangebook which is a short car ride away. Lorraine was very helpful and there’s lots of beach chairs and equipment to use.

We arrived during the crazy storm, but what an experience to see the ocean during it. We were pleasantly surprised what a neat beach town Hollywood was. We came in for the Dolphins game, Everglands and Biscayne National Park. The home was awesome and the location couldn’t have been better. Lorraine was helpful and responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone

Our stay in Hollywood Beach was lovely. Home was even nicer than depicted in pictures. Clean and well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers. The host also provided paper towels, hand soaps and toilet paper to get you started. This was very much appreciated. The host was fantastic- very receptive to our needs.

Hard to put into words how perfect this property is. Traveling from Naples, we stayed Memorial Weekend 2023 with another couple and had an amazing time, mostly due to a perfect abode away from home! Logistics are awesome, private drive that can easily fit up to three cars, and driveway is gated so privacy abounds. Home is east of A1A, so a few steps and you are on the boardwalk! Lorraine, the host has 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, chaise lounges and two beach umbrellas with screw feet for easy use on the beach. Other amenities include coolers, beach games and the list goes on. The house is immaculate and better than advertised. Not much need for cooking because you are steps from beach, boardwalk and all the restaurants, bars and entertainment available in Hollywood. Margaritaville is a half mile, 5 minutes up the boardwalk to the Hollywood bandshell and Margaritaville sponsored concerts and more. If you do want to cook, Lorraine has the kitchen professionally stocked, cookware, utensils, spice cabinet (yes really), cooking oils, coffee, tea, even honey for your coffee or tea! New sponges In wrap, dish soap hand soap, spray cleaners. Bedrooms are as described but bigger than typically found. Beds are very comfortable. The third bedroom is smaller and appropriate for a single, think mother-in-law, but can fit two. Full size new washer and dryer with detergent, of course. The host, Lorraine, is amazing to deal with and extremely attentive and available. Enjoy!

Property was clean and well maintained, modern and updated, parking was great. Perfect area and literally just off the Boardwalk and Beach, very easy access for elderly (mom 78, dad 85), no stairs or long elevator waits to enjoy the beach and boardwalk.

Property is just as listed. Beds were comfy and the house had it all! We had a great trip To Hollywood. This location is everything! Steps to the beach, walking distance to food, bars and live entertainment! Highly recommend and Lorraine is so kind and responsive.

We regularly visit Hollywood Beach and this was by far our favorite place to stay so far. A hidden gem in a great location, full of everything you could possibly need, we will definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about Lorraine and her fabulous house. House is as advertised, clean, well stocked, and spacious. Lorraine is so responsive and a delight to talk to. She went above and beyond for us. This was our first time to Hollywood. My husband and I ditched the cold for a visit to the beach and have a home base to visit the National Parks. We were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness, friendliness, and beauty of Hollywood Beach. The boardwalk (which is perfect for an early morning walk) is within feet of this property. We relaxed on the beach, went back to the house for lunch, and back out again. Lorraine provides beach towels, chairs, sun block, and coolers. We particularly enjoyed the porch for morning coffee and the smell of salt air. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Loved it!!

Owner was very kind and responsive to all questions. The home is ideally located within a block to the broadwalk and beach. Many restaurants and beach shops are within walking distance. The area is very lively but quiet inside the home. The house is stocked with all amenities you need to be comfortable. Thank you again. We really enjoyed our time there!

This property has everything a small family needs to spent some quiet and peaceful time, it is walking distance to the beach, it has everything just bring your bathing suit and groceries if you wish to cook, the house is spacious, clean, we were a party of 4 and were very comfortable. You won't find a better place to stay in Hollywood Beach. Broadwalk, beach, bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Lovely yard with free parking. House has everything you need and more to make your stay more enjoyable. Lorraine was only a text away to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time. We were able to check in early, which allowed us to start our vacation early. The beach was just steps away and the broadwalk had access to everything we needed. Our host, Lorraine was great, highly recommend this rental!

Lorraine was a great host, very responsive to any question or need we had. The house is in an ideal location, just steps away from the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. I have older kids and they loved being able to roll out of bed and walk to the beach on their own instead of needing to get in a car and drive to the beach. The house itself is nicely updated, 3 bedrooms were perfect for us, private driveway to park our car, beach chairs, towels and umbrella all provided. We highly recommend this house!
