We loved our stay at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club 201 H! It was close to everything yet had so many amenities you didn't have to leave!
My older son loved the gym and my younger son loved the pools and pool tables!
The home was so nice to come home to after a long day at the beach or sightseeing!

Property was just as advertised! Clean & plenty of room for my family of 3. Loved the cathedral ceilings upstairs in the bedroom & how it felt like another space to “get away” if you needed to relax. There’s an outside patio with chairs and table! Perfect to relax at! Hosts were easy to contact with questions! We had delays at the airport and arrived way later than expected & the wrong gate code was given to us but we were able to get in! I’ve booked with VRBO in the past & mistakes happen so nothing to overthink on our end! Location is perfect as it’s close to a grocery store across the street, walking distance to the ocean & close to all other fun activities in Florida! There were a few fruit flies but nothing vinegar n dawn dish soap can’t fix & gone the next day! I agree with other reviews, this condo will need a deep clean soon BUT I didn’t read a lot of reviews until after we were home and sat and thought about it! I will be staying here in the future!! Nothing was bad about staying here! LOVED IT!!!!!

Having been let down last minute for our Christmas vacation, I spoke with TJ & everything went great.
Highly recommend staying here if you looking to relax & not pay over the odd for a block away beach.
Sunrise is awesome, Dolphins & Sea Hawks visit the dockside.

The property was just as described. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery store and beautiful beach.
The only negative was we had to wash the silverware and dishes before using because they were not clean. It was not a big issue we just put them in the dishwasher and it solved the issue.
Everything else was just wonderful. It was a very nicely decorated and comfortable condo.
The property owner was very receptive to any questions we had and answered quickly.
We would visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was beautiful and decorated nicely. It was easily accessible to the pool and the marina. It was a great location, close to the grocery store and other local shops and dining establishments. It was perfectly located. We loved our stay !
Any communications we had with the owners were immediately addressed.

The property is exactly as described in the listing. The town home was very well equipped with everything you need and more. It is very convenient to be within walking distance of a grocery store, drug store and Dollar Tree. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a very quiet development. Everyone we saw was very friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Would have loved to stay another week! Communication with the hosts was very efficient. We would definitely stay again!

The property is clean and well-maintained, and communication with owners is great. The condo is a bit old but clean, the upstairs room is large but downstairs space is limited. Ideal for 2 people.
The beach is 1 block away and the supermarket is right in front. Not many restaurants and other options within walking distance, you may have to use the car on a daily basis.

Location is excellent and the owners were very responsive. The only negative is the place could use a little touching up in a few areas. Overall it's a good place to stay on your trip. Would recommend.

Unit well appointed. Plenty of everything we needed in Kitchen and bath needs. Comfortable furniture. Close to pool. Cool air conditioning. Tub drain needs work (slow drain - easy fix). The townhouse is exactly as advertised. It is on intercoastal waters and about 2 blocks from the beach. I would have liked to have had more local shops and restaurants (within walking distance), but I cannot fault the property for that. John's Pass is just a short trolley ride, and we enjoyed that very much. We hope to stay here again sometime.

First off, let me start by saying this place was great!!! I wasn't sure about not staying right on the beach but the short walk was worth the difference in prices of a beach condo vs across the street. The condo was well stocked with items to get you started with your stay. Plus, having beach chairs and towels to use was great and nice to not have to pack for the trip.
Now, the upstairs bedroom was pretty warm, especially in the evening after being in the sun all day. The owners were wonderful, they had the HVAC company come check the unit. There was a problem and the room was cooler after they serviced the AC.
All in all the Madeira Beach Yacht Club condo was worth the money and we will be coming back!

We had a wonderful time, the location is really perfect! We loved the beach and pool, having the dollar store, CVS, and grocery store right across the street were wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed it all! Only thought is condo could definitely use a good deep cleaning. Dusty and floors were dirty here and there, but it wouldn't keep us away again. We would definitely use property again....relaxing and wonderful vacation!

Amazing experience staying here! The location is absolutely perfect. My husband and I were able to walk to pretty much any desired location (or trolley/Uber). Communication with Lynda was outstanding, she was able to answer any questions before our trip and helped with a small issue on our arrival- during a holiday weekend at that! Overall great experience and we’d love to be back!

We had a great vacation at this condo-this was our first time in the area and we definitely wound return to Madeira Beach. I gave it the 3 star rating for cleanliness because although the unit was surface clean, the windows were filthy and inoperable. The bathtub/ shower was very dated and the fiberglass was scratched and stained.
The bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture was clean and attractive.
The location is excellent- a short walk to the beach , stores and many bars and restaurants .
We were not big fans of the Yacht Club complex but that’s a personal choice.

We’ve stayed at Madeira Beach Yacht Club about 6 yrs ago, it’s close to everything. A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit, I reached out to the property manager and she sent a cleaning crew back out on Monday to do a reclean. Unit could use a few updates, but overall we had a great trip.

I highly recommend staying here! Great place and community. The place was clean and fully equipped. Almost everything you need is walking distance… grocery store; beach , restaurants, ice-cream and bars if you’re looking for that. There are also plenty of places just a short drive away .

We booked a trip in the same complex with Air b&b to only have it cancelled 1 month in advance. This put us in a bad situation as we already purchased flights and my husband can't change his vacations days due to them being set in January....
Luckily we found TR with VRBO!!! He was very helpful and there to answer any questions we had. The room was as pictured. It was very clean. We always cook and bring our own knives and pans due to past experience.... This unit has good non stick pans and good knives that have been honed and sharp with little damage. There was plenty of room for our family of three. Even though we had red tide we made the best of the trip and went to sand key a short trip south. We will be back to see Maderia in all its glory.

My husband and I stayed at the Madeira Beach Yacht Club for 10 days with our 2 boys and it couldn’t have been better! The condo was perfect! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Other residents were friendly and it was an all around great atmosphere. Short walk to the beach and boat docks out back. There was construction going on across from the boat docks and we never heard a thing unless we went outside and even then it was no bother at all. I highly recommend Thomas and Linda and hopefully our next vacation can be at their condo.

My family and I had very pleasant stay. Although, I wish the master bedroom had a door for privacy purposes. Very neat, clean, and well decorated. The screen door may need to be replaced soon so that it doesn't slam when entering and exiting the home. Location is suitable for a small family of four. I'd revisit this vacation rental and rent one with two bedrooms next time (not much living room space). Very decent overall.

This location was perfect for drinking coffee in the morning while looking out at the bay, walking a couple of blocks to the beach, grocery, dinner, drinks, and short drive day trips to Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Would definitely stay again.Would also recommend sunset at the rooftop restaurant on top of the Cambria hotel a couple blocks away.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was clean, comfy, and a great location. The beach was a 3-5 minute walk. CVS, Winn Dixie, and the Dollar Tree we’re right across the street and there were several restaurants and bars within walking distance. We sat on the balcony in the mornings and saw several dolphins and a manatee! There is a dock that we were able to fish from. John’s Pass and Treasure Island right down the street, Clearwater about 30 minutes by car or trolley. We had a rental car, but rarely used it as the trolley and bus stop were right by CVS and went all the way up and down from St Pete to Clearwater. So much to see and do. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Lynda and Tom gave us the information we needed ahead of our arrival which made accessing the condo a breeze. The condo was well outfitted a
nd comfortable. The Wifi was very good. The condo community was friendly. Nice pool. Short walk across the street to the beach. Grocery store and drug store were even a shorter walk. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Parking on site.
All in all the condo more than met our needs. The owners were very accommodating. The location perfect.
