The Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The location and views are unbeatable

No Hot Water in the bathroom, Complained about it when i arrived... still was not sorted out by the next morning. 2 cold showers

Location is really good

Our windows were absolutely caked in grime and dirt. One could not see through them. When staff were asked to clean them a reluctant receptionist told me the staff were just about to leave. The bathroom light was on a sensor. It was like a disco and on and off at all the wrong times. Shower had poor pressure too. Just disappointing

Cable/Mnet tv was not functioning. Missed some key live sports events. I did query but no action was taken. Secondly the venue is suffering wil bad damp problems. Damp wet walls And leaking roofs is evident. Needs maintaining to keep is rating as right now it’s just falling short

Beautiful view, right by the ocean. Great to walk on the boardwalks and swim in the tidal pool. We could spot whales from our balcony. Breakfast was great. Bacon, eggs, omelettes, etc. made on request. I appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room and the fancy-smelling soap. Free parking inside the property and very friendly service overall. The King's room had the biggest bed I've ever seen! Close to restaurants.

Little things: like no shampoo in the bathroom, one part of the bedroom wall was peeling, bathroom had a strong cleaning-supply smell. But overall, a great stay!

The sensor lights are a little irritating, I could not find a switch to keep the light on when needed.

Location is fantastic, right on the beach, close to restaurants and walking paths. Vetho is comfortable and very service orientated, we loved our stay

Rm3. Bed a bit saggy on lhs. aircon noisy if it does work. outdoor shower nozzle broken. bar fridge not cold.

Location is Exceptional. Wifi was strong when there was power. Battery auxiliary power was nice to have.. If it lasted the full 4 hrs. Only lasts around 90-120min.

Finishings require some work. Not as luxurious as in the pictures Mirrors chipped on edges, poorly tiled floors in bathroom. Didn't meet my luxury expectations as per their pictures - I was in the Statesroom. Battery power was great, but doesn't last the entire time of load-shedding. So you sit in complete darkness from about 90mins into load shedding. Vetho house should limit power to TV sockets, Wifi and lights only, then their battery power would last. Strange that even the Aircon is still connected to battery, therefore batteries don't last. A BnB that doesn't have battery or generator power in today's time, is a fail in my books.

The wooden shower didnt look so good, some room furniture looked old. Poor breakfast, no variety to choose from

The location was pretty cool, by the beachfront and close to a number of proper restaurants.

It is pretty dated, or at least the room I was in. And since I was working the electricity going on and off at night was not pleasant.

The location is prime. The view amazing. The front desk lady was nice and hospitable, she seems to run everything. The room itself needs a little tlc especially being so close to the ocean. Maybe someone with a finer eye for detail would get frustrated but generally very nice stay.
