If you don't mind the city life (traffic, noise, etc) this is a very well stocked condo with free parking (although as other mentioned it does take time to get to parking stalls on 9th floor). Great BBQ & pool and well kept although the pool tiles were being fixed for a chunk of our stay. Well stocked kitchen including a rice cooker. Couldn't have survived without the washer/dryer - this helped especially since our bedding unfortunately was not clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Landmark, you really cannot beat the location. Sandra was extremely communicative and helpful leading up to our time on Oahu and the property manager, Danny, was very attentive at the start of our stay and helped solve a few minor issues very quickly. Sandra’s unit was a very good fit for our family and we will definitely stay again if we have the chance!

A little tip - If you have a car and are a passenger that gets carsick, you probably want to be dropped off at the lobby because you go round and round and round in the parking lot. :)

アラモアナ方面にもワイキキにも歩いて5-7分で行けます。とても便利な立地です。ロビーに日本人のコンシェルジュが常駐していますので、日本人にとてもおすすめします!セキュリティもきちんとしていて、子供女性グループでしたが、安心して過ごせました。ビーチまでは若干遠いですが、プールがとにかくすごいです!私はおそらくワイキキで一番充実しているプールだと思います。
お部屋は、明るい雰囲気です。とてもキレイで快適にすごせました。
オーナーも、管理人さんも対応早く、とても親切でした。またハワイにいく時は利用したいです。
You can walk to Ala Moana and Waikiki in 5-7 minutes. It is a very convenient location. A Japanese concierge is resident in the lobby, so I highly recommend it to Japanese people! The security was good and it was a group of children and women, but I was able to spend it with peace of mind. It's a little far from the beach, but the pool is just amazing! I think it's probably the most fulfilling pool in Waikiki.
The room has a bright atmosphere. It was very beautiful and comfortable.
Both the owner and the manager responded quickly and were very kind. I also want to use it when I go to Hawaii🌺

Great long term stay
Easy walking distance around Waikiki, nice comforts unit fully equipped with cooking implements. Great pool! Easy to work with Sandra and Danny for any issues. Very accommodating!

Good location, walkable to all Waikiki shops
We stayed here for 2 months while having work done at our house. Location is walkable to Waikiki beaches and shops. However, Kalakaua street is loud and even with the windows closed and air conditioning on, you can hear the ambulances and visitors to 7/11 corner. Condo comes with two parking spots, but they are on 9th floor and each floor has two "levels", so you go around 18 times to get into the space. Not ideal, if you need to get in/out quickly. We love Honolulu, so it was a good place for us to stay. Thank you Sandra for your hospitality.

Everything perfect.
Fabulous apartment with ideal location, this is the kind of place I would have, if I lived here. Well laid out and with every convenience, I would definitely hope to stay here whenever I come to Honolulu. High speed WiFi, a kitchen that is fitted out for anyone who likes to cook, smart TV and spacious layout, the apartment is extremely comfortable and has a sleek, modern decor. It is a place that makes you feel you are home. Includes 2 parking spaces though the location is fantastic if you don’t drive. An Uber is never more than 3-4 minutes away and the buses plying the Waikiki to Ala Moana routes and beyond stop right outside the building. The only minus is that Kalakaua is a noisy street with police and EMS vehicles speeding past a lot, but you get used to it. The host is responsive and helpful.

Two bed condo in Honolulu
The property is very nice. The second bedroom is small but there is no need for something bigger, specially if you are on vacations. The only problem was the sound of the ambulances, sadly Hawaii is having a spike on the number of cases.

Honolulu's Perfect Choice - a must consideration
First, let me say in past careers I managed Hotels and Commercial Real Estate of many types and sizes, know the service industry quite well and have worked with architects and contractors alike. That being said I am rather comfortable in stating this should be one's first choice when considering a stay in Honolulu. You will enjoy and appreciate the ease in which you are welcomed, the service, the architecture, the amenities and the location (close to everything). Great Home Base in Oahu
Sandra’s place was amazing! As soon as we walked in we felt comfortable and were happy to see the pictures represented it correctly! We quickly made ourselves at home and it was so nice that they had all the things we needed e.g. laundry soap, dish soap, dish sponges, Clorox wipes, towels, new bar soap, etc.
It is located right in Waikiki which turned out to be an awesome home base! We were nervous because we don’t like the city feel but this building was sooo great. We would sometimes walk down to the Hilton or Fort Derussy beach but most of the time we drove to different beaches on the island. It was located in a great spot so we could hit up a lot of our favorites without too much drive time and the weather was almost always nice at the condo where it was sometimes not so great at other spots on the island. Having the parking stall was so handy too. When we wanted to do stuff right in Waikiki we were close enough to walk to everything!
We also LOVED the pool! It is very well taken care of and our kiddos loved the kid hot tub. So comfortable! The big pool also wasn’t cold either, my daughter would have played in it forever if we would have let her! It was nice that it was more of a residential building because we often had the entire pool to ourselves. In fact, after staying there for a month, I think we only swam with other people in the water with us 3 times, and we swam A LOT. We also loved the grills! They were awesome and cleaned up by security nice as well. To be able to get ill and not have to clean the grill? Sign me up!
Overall, this property is so great. We will definitely be coming back and aren’t hesitant about having Waikiki be our home base! Thanks for the great place Sandra, you rock!

Comfortable condo in convenient location
We enjoyed a month in this beautiful and functional condo. Two good sized bedrooms with lots of storage, extra towels, washer/dryer. Very well equipped kitchen with good quality pans, utensils, etc. Nice lanai for for morning coffee and evening libations (gets direct sun from about noon-3pm). Fabulous pool and hot tub—maybe because building only half full due to reduced travel during Covid, but I had pool to myself most days! Great location—a 10-15 minute walk to AlaMoana beach and Magic Island which we liked more than Waikiki beaches. Close to Waikiki hotel zone but in a quieter, more residential area. Good public bus service from in front of building as well as terrific bike share system. Communication with Sandra was prompt and thorough. She even checked with us a few days into the stay to make sure everything was fine which we appreciated.

Perfect Hawaiian escape
Great location on the west end of Waikiki and close to Ala Moana. Building is one of the most well maintained in Waikiki with a great staff and amenities, all of which were open with restrictions during COVID19 pandemic.
The unit itself was mostly quiet with only a little road noise but stayed cool compared to a higher floor unit we stayed on due to the surrounding buildings. The interior layout worked out very well and it had all the essentials we needed during our stay, except a blender but we made do.
The owner and property manager we both very responsive, we would definitely stay again in the future and recommend to others.

Great place to stay
The location was very nice. Close to the beaches and nice parks. The place itself was very nice. New appliances all the needed little things. Although no blender. That would be one ask. Otherwise no problems. Sandra and Danny were both very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. If I have friends or family looking for a place I'll certainly recommend this one.

Excellent for our Purpose
This is one of the best stocked properties we have ever rented with dishes, pots and pans, linens, beach gear and so on. We rent at least twice a year either on HomeAway or VRBO when we travel. Great property that suited our needs and I highly recommend.

Hawaii paradise condo
Aloha! This property is amazing! We stayed for a extended period of time for work and this condo had all the things we could have needed. Its spacious, clean, and the pool is amazing! You feel totally safe with the 24hr security and all the staff is super friendly and helpful! Sandra is a great host and very prompt with her responses. The owner had even the little things like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent and all the beach accessories! I would this condo a 10/10 and would come back!
