A localização do hotel é muito boa, em 5 minutos você está no calçadão.
Possui uma limpeza excelente.
Possui tecnologia, com um robô servindo as coisas, mas deixa a desejar no atendimento humano, as pessoas da recepção são bem não receptivas.
Achei os atendentes da recepção grosseiros, mal respondem as perguntas, como se estivessem fazendo um favor em nos atender.
Os quartos não possuem local para colocar as malas, é beeeem pequeno. Mas pelo custo benefício foi o esperado.

Se não fosse o funcionário que faz a tapioca que é muito desagradável e mal educado não teria o que reclamar

Was promised parking. Did not have. Elevator stopped with me inside. After 20 min someone came to help. I was injured. They offered me a dinner to say sorry. They offered me the dinner after I asked for insurance to cover for my pain.

The location of the hotel is great. You don’t stay here to enjoy the hotel but everything around it. Beach, restaurants, bars, nightlife, shops, etc.
All was good. Rooms are rather small for two people with a lot of baggage, it wasn’t really a problem though.

Thank you very much to the male receptionist, that recommended me to walk to Mercado do peixe! I had a lovely evening along the promenade and a delicious fish dish at the market

It was good until it went bad. Change to a bigger room which wasn´t ready yet. It smelled lie fresh wall paint and the ac didnt cool the room. So they chanced me to another room that a an issue with the ac dripping system so there i was carrying my luggage arond at 1 o clock in the morning what a nightmare

Very clean, cozy room. Perfect for my stay! Good food in the restaurant .
There was a lot of mould in the shower. Room would be small for 2 people.

The room was surprisingly small. I was alon so it was fine but as a couple it would have felt tight.

great location, good price, and a good breakfast is served for its guests. Wi-Fi connection is awesome!
my suggestions would be: linen could have more improvements including duvet to be added for example and a bigger glass shelf on the bathroom so we can place our stuff.
