New from Aug. 2019 German TV, cottage for 6 pers. in Venice,
Unser Haus wurde im August 2018 fertig gestellt und wir freuen uns Ihnen unseren Neubau vorstellen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist 184 m² groß, bietet 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Beide Bäder verfügen über eine begehbare Dusche und das Masterbad zusätzlich über eine Badewanne. Die Räume sind alle lichtdurchflutet und sind in hellen, warmem Tönen eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55" Smart TV, ein Gästezimmer und der Master Bedroom sind mit 43" TV's ausgestattet.
Vom Hauptschlafzimmer, welches über ein King Size Bett verfügt, haben Sie gleich die Möglichkeit durch die Schiebetür in den Pool zu springen. Das Pooldeck ist über 100 qm² groß, verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse (16 qm²) und hat einen Cage, der dafür sorgt, dass kleine Tiere und Insekten sie nicht belästigen.
Die Pooldeck Area lädt zum gemütlichen zusammen sitzen, essen, grillen, schwimmen und relaxen ein, der Pool hat eine Größe von 10×2,6 Metern.. Zusätzlich verfügt dieser noch über einen Flachwasserbereich, in dem man relaxen kann oder der sich für Kleinkinder (nur unter Beaufsichtigung) besonders gut eignet.
Die beiden Gästezimmer sind ebenfalls mit King Size Betten ausgestattet.
Für Ihre Annehmlichkeiten im Haus ist gesorgt, das heißt, Sie können sich auf ein komplett neu ausgestattetes Haus freuen. Angefangen von der Bettwäsche, bis hin über Strandhandtücher, eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit einem zentralen Küchenblock und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Zusätzlich stehen Ihnen Utensilien für einen schönen Strandbesuch zur Verfügung, wie z. B. Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, Kühlbox usw….

The house is just as listed. The house, lanai and pool were gorgeous. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve ever rented. The pool was fantastic for our family. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing on the lanai. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property did not disappoint! Very comfortable and well equipped. 2 bedrooms and a bath on complete opposite ends of the house from the Master. The wrap around pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The owner and Property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had. Best of all this property is only 3 miles from the beach!! Looking forward to a return trip next year.

Loved this house and everything about it! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close to beaches, golf, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor space is amazing and where we spent most of our time when we were "home." Karin was so easy to work with and ready to answer my questions. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Everything was as listed. I paid for pool heater which did not operate correctly. I contacted owner and they quickly refunded me for the cost. Would love to stay here again!

The lanai and pool were beautiful! The perfect spot to read a good book in the morning and card games at night. The house was perfect!

This property (home) was amazing! Just a short drive through the neighborhood and bam you were at the beach. Bikes, toys, coolers etc… everything you could possible need or want was available to us. It may sound crazy but the laundry room was to die for! The pool was the perfect ending to our days at the beach. The only downside for us the beds are super firm and we aren’t accustom to that. But we will definitely rent this home again on our next trip to the West Coast. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

The Perfect Getaway
The house was absolutely beautiful, well maintained and the pool was stunning!
The location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and close to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping stores. I am definitely looking forward to coming back next year!

Our week was amazing! The kids truly enjoyed the pool! All of the beaches are in very close proximity. Very easy to get around town. Such nice people in the area! The house was wonderful. Everything you need for a great stay! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your place!

This was a perfect house to stay at with our kids ages 4 & 8. They swam in the pool every chance they could when we weren’t at the beaches. The neighborhood is safe and we even used the bikes provided by the owners. Very nice getaway from Chicago for spring break! Hope to book again next year or sooner!!

We had a fantastic stay! South Venice, where there are a lot of new homes being built, Villa The Place is one of the nicest and newer homes. The owners and management company are very receptive and have done a great job building and decorating their lovely home. The large pool is wonderful. There is even a 12 X 8 foot section that is only 6 inches deep which is great for children or just dipping your feet. The location is close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, beaches and other nearby activities. We enjoyed the owner provided bikes to ride two miles to Manasota Beach. The location on Heron Road is so great. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio with a large dining table, many chairs and umbrellas, etc., extra large pool, outdoor grill, three large screen TV's, there will not be a better place to stay in the Venice/Sarasota area. We are already hoping to return next year after our two months here.

We had a fantastic stay! South Venice, where there are a lot of new homes being built, Villa The Place is one of the nicest and newer homes. The owners and management company are very receptive and have done a great job building and decorating their lovely home. The large pool is wonderful. There is even a 12 X 8 foot section that is only 6 inches deep which is great for children or just dipping your feet. The location is close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, beaches and other nearby activities. We enjoyed the owner provided bikes to ride two miles to Manasota Beach. The location on Heron Road is so great. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio with a large dining table, many chairs and umbrellas, etc., extra large pool, outdoor grill, three large screen TV's, there will not be a better place to stay in the Venice/Sarasota area. Karin's home was modern and clean, included all necessary conveniences, and (most importantly to us) centrally located in southwest FL so that we could easily visit family members from St. Pete to Ft. Myers. We would definitely consider staying here again during an actual vacation, as the property is also near great beaches, good fishing, and downtown Venice.

We made our reservation at the last minute, to attend a family event. Karin's home was modern and clean, included all necessary conveniences, and (most importantly to us) centrally located in southwest FL so that we could easily visit family members from St. Pete to Ft. Myers. We would definitely consider staying here again during an actual vacation, as the property is also near great beaches, good fishing, and downtown Venice.

It was very disappointing as we couldn’t use the pool because it was so thick with algae and bugs. The whole purpose of renting that house was because of the pool otherwise I could’ve rented for a whole lot less. By the time I left you could’ve used the pool from the 15th-17th as I left on the 18th, and that was questionable as it was still green. My friend even went home and I was embarrassed about this. Inside had all things necessary from hand soap and detergent to towels, paper towels, and plates/pots/pans. The home is beautiful, peaceful and the pool is larger than it appears in the phots. Rooms were large, airy and clean. We loved it and highly recommend.
