Loved location and the back patio area

Wifi was not secure. Floors were so thin I barely got any sleep due to person above us walking around till 2am. Breakfast just ok. Tv all messed up- times and shows didn't match, pretty aggravating. $75 dog fee is excessive.

The microwave in my room did not work properly and the room hold tons of moisture.

I thought the staff was very nice, professional and welcoming. The building inside and outside was very clean. The breakfast bar was really nice too. Pool was clean.

My complaint comes to the room. Upon arrival the room was very clean and the air conditioning was set at 61. Which was too cold. But no big deal, we just turned up the temp and left for a little while. The main issues was the microwave did not work. you could tell there was a fire in it and instead of replacing it, it was just unplugged. The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows fell flat as soon as we put our heads on them. The tile area in the bathroom and the Kitchen area were very slippery due to the high humidity that was in the room. Even with shoes we felt unsafe. When we pulled out the sofa bed, it touches the main bed and left no room to walk around. My husband had to climb over the bed just to go to the bathroom or go back to his side.
