Beautiful to look at, very disappointed with the bedding, and horrible musty smell downstairs, couldn’t sleep there! Had to get someone to come fix TVs, and fireplace, which only ran for a couple hours upstairs and quit again!

The house was beautiful and spacious. The hot tub and sauna were nice extras. We were told there were community tennis courts and pavilion, but there was no map at the house and it took 4 days to get a response from the property manager (we were only there for 5). Pretty easy to get to various places around Deep Creek. No lake access, but beautiful views.

Everything was great. Carpets could use a good cleaning. The deck should be swept. A lot of spider webs and the railings. Very nice property!

You could see them from all over the house. We had a little problem with the hot tub but it was fixed immediately. Couple suggestions..would love a fire pit and swing. Also trim the trees down by the bottom deck for a better view of the lake. We already booked our stay for next june.

The house itself is large with all the rooms being generous in size. We had 2 families (3 kids/4 adults) and we could have easily fit another family. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We would stay here again and would love to see it in the spring or summer. We did have a few challenges, which we did not report to the rental agency since they were fairly minor. The driveway is a bit steep and it had snowed recently and iced over so we had difficulty getting up the driveway without 4 wheel drive and needed to spend some time chipping away at the snow/ice. We couldn't get the sauna working. The steps to the basement are steep - just something to keep in mind if you have small kids - and the carpeting in the bathroom was a bit strange :| The overall decor was a bit dated - not a big deal for a rental, but just trying to give a thorough review. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. It is also a great location - close enough to Wisp and right around the corner from Brenda's pizza and a great coffee shop.

We could not use the sauna. Open live wires. A HUGE fire hazard. 2. We had snow during our stay and the driveway and steep hill in front of the house was not plowed. We had to tow one of the three vehicles we had up the hill to leave on our last day. Other than those two things the place was great. Would do it again.

This home was everything that I expected. I rented this home for Spring Break with my children. It is beyond spacious and the views are amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine; from ramekins and colanders to corkscrews and wine glasses. The amenities are very well thought out. None of the pictures show the massive amount of board games that are available for indoor fun. This was definitely a bonus for our group. We reached out to management once for assistance and Marla was on site almost immediately. The one drawback (depending on how you look at it) is that cell coverage is not good - even with wifi. This was true for T-Mobile users. Verizon seemed fairly ok. "Wifi only" devices weren't very good, either. BUT? If you are able to function on a vacation without electronic devices you will be just fine! All in all, I would highly recommend this property.

Everything worked out wonderfully and our stay was just what we needed. We really enjoyed our weekend and will certainly be back. Even when you're immersed in nature, it is still the 21st Century, so an updated wi-fi router would be appreciated by everyone who can't take their face away from a phone, but other than that, the house served our purpose beautifully.

It was also very close to shopping, skiing and entertainment. My only complaint is that the master bedroom (on the first floor) did not have hot water at all so we were not able to utilize that jacuzzi or bathroom. Also, the sauna didn't work for the majority of the time. We did call the lodging company and they sent out a mechanic, but it continued to break down. It wasn't a huge deal but slightly disappointing since those things were advertised. Other than that, everything else worked perfectly and I highly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable with hot tub, lots of deck space, comfortable furniture, pool table, fooseball table, movie channels. Good location. Definitely would rent there again.
