This is a cute beach condo in the absolutely perfect location with a quick and easy walk to the beach just across the street. We had the best time, we’re very comfortable, had everything you needed!! Robert was very helpful and communicative.

The stay was very relaxing and quiet. We were not able to use the pool as it was closed the entire stay. Very short walk to the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the space was extremely clean. The view from the deck was limited due to overgrowth blocking most of the view of the ocean. However, I would stay here again. Really nice location.

Neat beach place just walking distance from a dog friendly beach. Private but accessible and a short distance from Southport. Had a great time!

All was great! Location was wonderful! Bed was a little softer than I'm used to but overall great Family fun vacation!

Our family of 4 vacationed with another family of 4 and it was excellent! The complex was clean when we entered. The location to the beach was closer than we had thought. The pool was a close walk as well! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had as well as accommodating! We hope to come back again!

Our experience will definitely have us coming back again to visit friends and soak up the sun. The check in process was very smooth despite my negligence to check vrbo messages for latest lockbox code, but the owner was very responsive despite the late hour of our arrival. The unit was super clean and had everything you could need, we just couldn't find extra trashbags. The bed was way comfier than we expected and the back porch was great for relaxing and taking in the environment and sound of the ocean waves. The walk to beach or pool both only took a few minutes. The check out process was very laid back compared to our previous rental experiences. It was also surprisingly peaceful despite it being a condo.

We had a great time this weekend. The house was exactly what we needed. Beach access was pretty close and no stairs so our pull cart worked great to trek off to the beach and back for the day. The pool was very clean and well taken care of as well. The kitchen could have used a few more plates and the bed mattresses could use an upgrade but the space was very accommodating and well laid out. Would gladly book again in the future.

Had a good time for a short getaway....would have liked a restaurant guide in the unit .....most restaurants were closed!! The Bridge Restaurant was a great find for a great breakfast...

4 of us enjoyed a relaxing long weekend over New Year's. The condo was clean & comfortable. The kitchen was roomy with plenty of cooking essentials. Close to beach access and a short drive to restaurants and watering holes.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well-equipped and had lots of room. The beach is a very short walk. We went during the off-season and the beach was pretty much empty and dogs were allowed off leash. Pool is very close also but wasn't open during off-season. I would advise bringing your own pillows as the ones there were very flat. Otherwise, a greta place to stay!

We were confirmed and after a three hour trip from Raleigh arrived a property. Informed host that code for lock did not work. He seemed surprised that we were there and starting talking about fact that unit had been double booked. He said for us to go ahead and check in and gave us the correct code. Shortly after we had taken all of our luggage, etc. in he calls us and says he was cancelling our reservation. He then comes up with this story that the other people books were his friends. Ask yourself why he told us to go ahead and check in if this was truly his friends. this was an out and out lie. A review from another renter revealed that a double booking had taken place the week before I believe. This "host" or VRBO owes me $90 for one days worth of golf cart rental. I had rented a golf cart for our stay and it had already been delivered to the condo and I got zero use of it that day but had to pay $90. I was able to cancel for subsequent days,. Please address this $90 with host or have VRBO reimburse me. [email protected].

Originally booked Tues-Saturday but owner cancelled last day prior to arrival due to conflict. Instantly issued partial refund. He was easy to work with and overall we enjoyed our stay

Stayed here with my sister and son and our 2 dogs. Check in was easy. Condo was clean with lots of room. The Carolina room is great for your animals and kids. The balcony doors don't slide very easily so you do have to put some effort into it. My 12 yr old could open them. Love the space you have out on the deck. We did miss the hammock tho. The walk to the beach is literally mins away and you can see the ocean and hear the waves from the deck. Most of the time we had a very long stretch of beach in both directions all to ourselves. The dogs loved being able to run, play fetch long distance, dig in the sand trying to hide the toys, and playing in the water a little as it got pretty warm. The beds in the condo are soft, however, we could not find extra blankets/throw blankets as it did get chilly in the evenings. The master bedrooms bath is nice. I would suggest to use the hall bathroom if you need to 💩 as the master bedroom would get clogged easy. Had maintenance get us a plunger and made then aware. The hall bathroom just has better suction...lol. The outside hose did have a hole in it... made host aware. Hose still worked for washing dogs and us off. There were 2 screen doors that were not attached. NOT A BIG DEAL. If you have kids or pets... you understand. And if you ask me we enjoyed them being off anyway. All around its a wonderful place with a responsive host. Big dog friendly. Quite place with space. At a great price. And food.... the bridge diner and Koko..... something (it's at the pier). We will return again... absolutely 💯

We really enjoyed our stay here - the location is perfect, and the condo is nice. Even though the maritime forest partially blocks the view of the ocean, it is beautiful itself, and provides a good wind break (gale force winds on Christmas Day didn't keep us from enjoying the porch).

Neighbors in condo below were noisy at all times of the night; slamming doors, cursing, playing loud music and yelling. This went on for 3 nights to the early morning hours. They smoked constantly outside their front door and the smoke came up into our condo because the front door was not completely sealed. We had fruit flies throughout the stay and my wife used a combination of apple cider vinegar and Dawn dishwater soap in bottles and bowls attempting to contain them. The trash was not picked up during our stay and it collected at the bottom of the steps. The condo was not clean; our feet were literally black from walking on the floor. Pictures on the VRBO site are not current. It definitely looks different now. But hey, the location to the beach was great. That's why I gave "Location and Neighborhood" 2 stars.

One sliding glass door to the deck (with a sliver of a view of the ocean) was corroded shut and the other was nearly impossible to open. Not enough towels and those that were there looked like they’d been bought at Goodwill. Cleaning supplies were nearly nonexistent. One bed had not had sheets changed and had sand in it. Icemaker didn’t work. No potholders. No batteries in the TV remote. We’ve stayed in much better units in this otherwise very nice complex.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. All the neighbors we encountered were so nice. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great vacation.

Very nice condo, 5 minute walk to beach. Easy to find and clean. It is considered ocean front but many trees are blocking the view. Just be aware. Nothing can be done about this.

We love Caswell Beach area and this condo was great! It's very close to the beach access. It was just my husband, me and our pup, Skye. The beach is pet friendly also, so Skye got to walk, run and jump in the waves! My husband got to fish and I enjoyed walking the beach! I would definitely stay in this condo again! Vickie Michael
