Quiet location, ideal for San Francisco. Pleasant views. Great facilities, modern appliances.

Very poor management, waited 40 minutes in the cold trying to gain property access. Constantly on hold, then hung up when got through. Received booking access/welcome messages days AFTER arrival. Poor furniture quality for property this size/cost.

I love the location, it was very much serene and surreal. The stairs can get a little exhausting but the home itself is more then worth the exercise! This is my 2nd time renting a property and all I can say is I definitely got the most bang for my buck with the Marbella Team! My favorite features of the home are all the sliding doors and balconies. It was so airy and full of sun light! Thanks again for everything!

Absolutely no complaints.

Very cute villa tucked into the hill. We had a fantastic time and the place was spacious enough to accommodate our mini-family reunion. Be prepared for the climb up the stairs though! :) We arrived right a 4pm as cleaner was wrapping up. She was super nice. Place was clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels and linens. We called and were able to immediate response to find some extra pillows. The place does have beds tucked under and out of site to be able to accommodate 16, but as indicated in the listing there are 4 bedrooms. So.. my wife and I shared our bedroom with my daughter, her fiancé and my son. Still, we had plenty of room! One thing that could have been better was a power wash of the back porch to clean things up a bit. Also, a gas grill outside would be a GREAT addition. Otherwise it we had a GREAT time and should the opportunity come up.. We'll be back!

The property was clean, nice they have everything we need .

That the master room didn’t have no tv.

The outside area with the hot tub was dirty with bird dropping. Therefore we couldn't sit on the patio furniture to enjoy the outdoors. The initial cleanliness is questionable. There were hair balls on the pull out bed in the living area. The area rugs need deep cleaning, full of dust and dirt. I lift one to move and that's how I know. I also saw some food under the couch. Clearly visible and easy to clean.

The staff answers promptly and everything was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place of comfort
