Small gem in the heart of bucharest's historical centre! Excellently located, tastefully decorated and equipped with all amenities.

The check in was simple and the staff member who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. Communal areas were kept very clean and tidy and the apartment complex is situated in a perfect location, right in the heart of old town. The apartment itself was super clean, a large size and very comfortable. The shower was very powerful and a decent size. We only heard a little bit of noise on the Saturday night (around 2am) but it didn’t keep us awake and if you’re staying in the centre of the old town, you should expect a little hustle and bustle!

Although we thought the apartment was almost perfect, we did not have an iron or ironing board and we only had one pan for cooking. Other than that, this was such a great stay and amazing value for money. Would highly recommend, especially to couples wanting quick access to the city.

Struttura molto accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli. Pulizia impeccabile e molto moderna, con ogni genere di comfort. Consiglierei di aggiungere solo uno specchio lungo e un phon più adatto per chi ha capelli lunghi 😅 per il resto davvero nulla da ribadire, bellissima!

Purtroppo è in una posizione molto caotica, di martedì sera fino alle 3 di notte si sentiva musica proveniente da locali e grida e schiamazzi..

Большие и просторные апартаменты. Очень удобное расположение. Все чисто и достаточно новое. Три небольших балкона.

Не хватало сковородки и стиральной машинки. Очень шумно по ночам, но это наверное во всем старом городе. Рябом клубы и тусовки всю ночь.

Locatia a fost de exceptie, in centru vechi, in vecinatatea Bancii Nationale si la 3 min de Piata Universitatii. Apartamentele sunt luxoase , au toate facilitatile si dotarile necesare, bucatarie functionala, o baie mare si frumoasa. Dormitorul este incapator si comod, mobila noua si de calitate. Personalul profesionist si amabil. Recomand cu caldura .

Nu mi-a placut atmosfera din centru vechi cu restaurante inchise, fara lume pe strazi, fara animatie, un Bucuresti trist. Toate aceaste restrictii distrug fara mila si logica o industrie - Horeca.

Oda ve imkanlari cok iyiydi, temizdi. Hotel Calisanlari cok kibardi. Konumu harikaydi. Olumsuz en ufak bir elestrimiz olmadi.

Mi-a plăcut ca am avut posibilitate sa las pentru 1,5 de ora bagajele mele in loc de depozitare al bagajelor. Mi-a făcut plăcere - a dat comanda pentru taxi, care a adus pe mine la Gara Nord. Amabilitate personalului tînar ma impresionat!

S-a simțit că nu era suficient aer proaspăt în apartament. Există aparate de aer condiționat, dar este mai bine atunci când camera este aerisită natural prin deschiderea ferestrelor. Deci am deschis fereastra și am aerisit spațiu:))

מיקום מצויין. חדר ענק נוח ונקי מאוד. צוות מקסים. מרוהט בנוחות. המלון מרכזי מאוד ויש בו את כל הפסיליטיז שצריך. אפילו מרפסת קטנה שניתן לצאת אליה לעשן. אבל למי שמפריע רעש אז בלילה האזור רועש מאוד מאחר שנמצא סמוך לפאבים.

אזור רועש. אולי ישנם חדרים אחוריים אז כדי להתאכסן בהם

Сподобався простір, багато місця в номері.

Локація і хороша і погана одночасно. Тому-що все дуже близько, але ввечері дуже добре чути музику і співи з барів і ресторанів які дуже близько.

Centrally located, spacious, well equipped. Comfy beds. Modern decor and well maintained. Great communication from the property. Booked the transfer service. Impeccable service from Claudiau the driver. Located in the heart of the old town some bar noise heard but not too intrusive. Great air con. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. The location is great, everything worth seeing is close to the apartment. The apartment itself is super clean and really nice. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need when on vacation. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend :)

My room 103 had a street view and a noise level from the night clubs nearby was completely unacceptable. It continued all the nights till 6am! I attached a screenshot from a noise meter app - it was 70db at 2am inside the room with all windows closed

A microwave was missing and the beds were small a bit expensive

We booked an apartment and it was an excellent size. The property has an elevator which was very helpful to get our stroller up and down from our room. The apartment had a small kitchen area with a large fridge, and a sink. A living room with a sofa bed and a half bath and a bedroom with the full bath. When we were departing we asked if we could store our luggage, the staff were very accommodating.

The staff was so helpful, polite and friendly! They made a dinner reservation for us in one of the best restaurants around, gave us directions and helped us with everything that we needed. We were very happy and grateful for their assistance! Excellent job!

The sofa bed could be more comfortable, but we stayed for one night only, so I guess it was fine. Apart from that everything was excellent. We were happy with our stay.

Fantastic apartment-style space that was located directly in Old Town! Loved the high ceilings and interior design. The sound isolation inside the room is top-notch and was highly appreciated being in Old Town, which can get loud at night/on the weekends. Additionally, the Matisse provides much more space than a traditional hotel would ever offer, especially with its prime location. Highly appreciated the flexibility and allowing to do an early check-in and hold bags due to our chaotic travel schedule. Costin was amazing and would absolutely seek to stay here again when in Bucharest! Recommend to all travelers (Business, Families, partners)!
