Cutest bed and breakfast I have ever been and special thanks to the friendliest host I have ever met. 10/10!

Wifi was not the best, but that was only in my room it’s okay to go offline a sometimes right. I would recommend this property to anyone!

The only negative we found was after the 1st day, the housekeeping was not very good, at the price point of this property l would expect excellent attention to servicing the room, the first morning we got fresh towels hung but the bed was not touched, day after we had to ask for the room to be serviced and whereas on arrival the cushions were set nicely on the bed after that they were just thrown on any old how and the bed not made properly, this showed a lack of professionalism and interest once you were there. As l say for the price it should be perfect. Shame to have been let down like this. In fact we ended up laughing at the way the bed was when we returned each day and the towels were just left on basin for us to hang on the empty towel rails !! . Would have liked to have a choice at breakfast , ok if one night but somewhat restrictive when there for 4 nights.

Very good breakfast for me. My boyfriend is a big hungry man so he would have liked to have more, but in fairness we didn’t actually ask for more. I liked it! The place is cosy and welcoming. We were offered free homemade cookies which were delicious. The rooms are quiet and exceptionally clean.

Very nice house, very well maintained, stylish and clean room (The Gables), very comfortable high bed, no additional parking fees, perfect location close to the historic center … and amazing breakfast served by great staff!!!

The house is very beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Susan welcomed us, gave some history on the home itself, gave a list of restaurants in the area, and then gave us homemade oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. After that we were given a tour and showed to our room. The room itself was clean and quiet. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to my friends

The 2 course breakfast was delicious. It was a nice way to start the day. The inn was comfortable and beautiful. They made their trade mark delicious cookies daily. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff is incredible. They are so nice you don't want to leave. The house is beautiful and you are walking distance from everything. Definitely would stay here again.

Gracious homage to yesteryear hospitality! The innkeepers are fabulous and Tiffany is a jewel! We loved everything! Beautiful furnishings and decor- especially the perfectly comfortable bed and gigantic spa. The private entrance is also really appealing if you’re hesitant to bother others after a late night- something we consider when booking a B & B. Don’t hesitate- you’ll love it and wish you could stay longer!

This B&B is absolutely wonderful. Everything is within walking distance and parking on property. The service and friendliness of the staff is excellent. The decor and details are excellent. The breakfasts are a culinary experience.

Beautiful house with nice rooms very close to the historic heart of St. Augustine. The breakfast was much better than at every other hotel we stayed: homemade, fresh and delicious. I myself would have preferred a decent buffet with *fresh* produce, but we never found that in the US unfortunately. This little hotel was a breeze compared to other experiences in the US.

The room was quite small and didn't have much space to put stuf. The bed wasn't very comfortable but IMHO this was the case in all hotels we visited in FL. Too soft and if I move, my partner moves too.. unwillingly. The prices was higher than other options, but it was a nice change. Not sure if I would spend this again. The owner is very nice and friendly and means very well but in our opinion it would have been nicer if he dropped his Broadway aspirations and just be himself. It was a bit 'too much' for us but maybe that's just us Europeans ;).

The property was convenient to downtown Saint Augustine without being so close that the noise of Saint George Street interfered with the ability to enjoy an evening on the porch.

Jonathan, the Manager was a highlight! Extremely pleasant, humorous and made everyone feel special. Provo to the designer/decorator and to the housekeeping staff.

Absolutely nothing!

Breakfast was wonderful and delightfully served. Parking was exceptional and staff very friendly - even accomodating our needs on checkout day. Location to local points of interest was convenient and pleasant.

There are no outstanding views or natural settings surrounding the house - it's on a quiet one way street, but there's not much to see sitting on the porch. Like most "Victorian" establishments, the interior lighting is subdued.
