Very well located. it’s an escape from the noise and pollution of city. well designed and maintained. we had a comfortable stay. it felt we are the only guests at the property.

Beautiful location in the rice fields, and your own pool. The staff are really friendly.

Dirty and not maintained, my husband had to clean out the shower drain so we could use it, it was full of previous people hair. The doorhandles to the bathroom was pretty much falling off and there was mould coming through the walls everywhere, pillows were old and lumpy, and the towels were threadbare. Being in the middle of nowhere food options are extremely limited and the on-site restaurant really is not worth it. If you do get the breakfast, definitely go for the Indonesian rather than the western style. I was expecting a lot more for we paid to stay there.

The setting of the villa with peaceful and beautiful rice field surroundings. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning to the view of the rice fields, rice farmers and have breakfast on the private terrace. Breakfast was very very good! Large selection of breakfast items (both continental and Indonesian) , fresh fruit juices, and was beautifully presented. We could also see fireflies from our villa during the night hours. :) Overall, I would say that Three Gold private villas offer a nice stay with great countryside vibes, is a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and has some luxuries (private pool, bath tub, outdoor shower) at a reasonable price. If you don't mind the 20 min car ride from Ubud center, then this is a nice accommodation choice.

Design of the sliding doors. They were only secured at the top and were very unstable on the bottom. So the doors were swaying back and forth when they were pushed. We came during the rainy season, during which there was a heavy thunderstorm on two days. The strong wind pushed the rain through the relatively large gap at the bottom of the hanging sliding doors into our room, and thus flooded the front part of our room's floor. We had to sacrifice our towels to keep our room floor from getting wet. (Kindly address this for future guests during the rainy season.) Secondly, I would suggest lining your waste bins with a plastic bag. So the guests do not soil your beautiful rattan bins when they throw their trash inside. :) We also had the issue of a feral cat coming in the evening into the open concept kitchen and overturning the trash bin and sink area looking for food scraps. Maybe a more secure trash bin would be good. It would save your staff the messy cleanup job the following morning, left behind by the cat. :) There were no hangers in the closets, and the provided bathrobes did not have a string to tie up the front of your bathrobe. Which made the bathrobe useless. These are just minor comments. If the management can address these issues, this will hopefully further improve your future guests' experience at your villa. :) Despite this, we still really enjoyed our stay at your villa. Beautiful place!

They didn't sevre the breakfast well it was cold and only one thing to one person not more then that i order omelet that was not sevre warm and still i was hungry so the told me that if i order mor i will be charged extra

This place was spectacular! It definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly, the food was superb, and the accommodations were amazing! Definitely worth the money which wasn't a lot. I had a private pool! Where else on earth could I get that for their price?? I'm so fortunate to have been able to stay here!

we loved how calm and beautiful the grounds were. all of the facilities were very nice, the included breakfasts were delicious and the staff were kind and helpful.

our mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but otherwise we were happy!

The staff were so friendly, so welcoming and smiling all the time, and helped us with all our requests. They even celebrated my birthday with me. The area is calm, which made our stay so relaxing. The villa was clean and spacious.

Breakfast can be improved.

The staffs are so friendly and accommodating. They'll try to attend to my request which is a Whatsapp text away and always available. The bed and pillows are so comfy. Shower gel and shampoo are provided with nice lemongrass smell. Clean towels.

The grass at my villa unit (not sure of others) wasn't as green and well-maintained as in the picture. Kitchen utensils (frying pan and pot), toaster are not kept at pristine condition. Tiles in the room were seen with water spots/ marks that looked like it's not clean enough; not feeling good walking around with barefooted.

Here we go again, people who rate this accommodation 9 or 10 have lost it completely. The location is great, north of Ubud in the middle of ricefields, peaceful. Rooms with private pool are nice regarding the pool, but the rooms itself...

We booked a room with kitchen amenities. At check in they tried to give us another room, that was a no no. Their positioning on booking.com with photos is confusing. They said they would change this.....check booking.com The rooms itself are outdated and hardly any maintenance has been done. The room with kitchen amenities is a joke, the kitchen is from the previous century. Then do not offer this. Rooms are mouldy and mould in bathrooms as well. Rooms can do wioth some paint. Pools are not clean, there is water running all the time but when it stops (what happened with us because of malfunction) the water turns green within a few hours which is a sign of dirty water. The staff is friendly but make a lazy impression as well. Whith all issues mentioned above it is crazy that staff is doing nothing when guests do not require anything. There is so much maintenance to be done, please do not make the impression that all is good. Competition is crazy on Bali and in Ubud, time to upgrade and innovate!

Excellent stay if you are looking for quite country-side, peaceful with good positive vibes. Rice fields from the villas looks amazing.
