Excellent location right on the beach with a fantastic view of the Dardanelles and the Gallipoli peninsula. Comfortable rooms. Kind and friendly staff, especially the receptionist Emre. Rich and very creative breakfast.

Lovely hotel on the beach - we were out of season and were upgraded to a very nice sea-view room. Copious breakfast. Friendly staff, but very little English spoken. Good but quite expensive restaurant.

The food was exceptional. Excellent local wine from Gallipoli region. Extensive breakfast. Very helpful staff who went out of their way. You can walk out on to the beach and a new deck has just been built to sit on. The water is surprisingly clear.

Cats in the dining room. People smoking in the dining room. Beach needs a good deal of litter picking but that maybe because we were out of season. We had a non-smoking room but it smelled of smoke. It would be nice to have ironed linen but that is picky for the price.

The staff was very nice - helped us arrange a taxi (off season) and made up a takeaway breakfast for us since we checked out early in the morning. The shower had hot water.

The staff didn't speak much English, though they tried their best to accommodate us. The rooms are quite small, which was difficult since we had two large suitcases. The room smelled a little like cigarette smoke and the bathroom had a sewage smell. The location is probably good if you have a car, or want to stay in/around the hotel, otherwise it's really in the middle of nowhere and taxis are expensive.

Convenient location if you’re driving, roughly 15 minutes from both the town of Çanakkale or the site of ancient Troy. It is also right by the sea, our room had a sea view balcony which was very nice. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was pretty good. Food from the restaurant was also very decent. Staff was mostly quite friendly and helpful but most didn’t speak much English.

The cleanliness could have been better, there was a cigarette butt on the floor near one of the beds, and the toilet seat was quite dirty underneath too. There also seem to be parties planned in the dinner and breakfast areas, one happened during our stay, with excessively loud music until 3am which of course wasn’t ideal.

Accessibility to Cannakale and Troy, beautiful beach view outside the hotel, excellent tasty food, highly economical and supportive staff.

Wifi connection could have been better in our room. I am sure other room might have got good connection but not in ours. Many a times we used our mobile internet.

The rooms were clean, new and well heated (we were there in December). The value for the money is superb and the included breakfast was simply amazing.

The only issue I had was with the payment. We had a 10% discount for reserving through booking but they charged me to full price. I talked with them at the reception but I didn't fully understand what they explained so I decided to just let it go.

Everything was just perfect. I would recommended it to others. The restaurant food was too delicious and reasonable. The location is awesome and staff is too professional.

Lovely room with a view of the private beach, having a swimming in the sea. Lovely breakfast in the morning.

Nice weekend hotel near Canakkale. Comfortable room, really nice and rich served breakfast. Lovely garden with a la carte restaurant and a nice atmosphere in the evening. Staff eager to please even though communication in English is difficult.

Beach not that great, shallow water with mudsand. Pool a bit small and crowded at times.

Breakfast was above average, location is very nice - small town on the waterfront. Good restaurant.

Room size is a bit small but adequate, all facilities was ok, nothing really to complain about except a funny-ish smell in the hallway.

I didn't like very much the staff's attitude (but just for a part of the staff) and also that the beach wasn't cleaned.

-They took prepayment and charged all sum from credit card dispite "pay when arrive" booking condition -No internet (they have it but it NEVER works) -NO CLEANING at all. Bathroom was with soap leftovers, hairs, yellow stains everywhere. -Hairs in bed -Awful breakfast, almost nothing to eat -All drinks except tea are for extra charge. -Prices unresonable. -Check your bill accuratly - fraud attemps. -No restarants nearby -Homeless dogs and cats freely walks in the hotel territory and swim on the beatch -Beach is unapropriate for swiming. All seashore is covered by seaweeds. -Ignorant and unprofessional staff
