Great time awesome place the community beautiful the people are kind and sweet and always welcome you. the house was big and had a blast there. can't waits for my next trip.

Property as advertised. Spacious and perfect for 8. However, few off-limit areas, and low water pressure. Water, also, has a distinct smell. Master bedroom downstairs. Other rooms are upstairs.

This house is located about 20 minutes from Disney, away from all the traffic created by the tourist area. Our host, Joe, was great. He communicated with us prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. He helped us work through an issue to our satisfaction. House is spacious with plenty of bedrooms meeting our family of 9. Very quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend this host and house without hesitation. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again when we return in the future.

Ok place it’s next to a major road behind it . About 20 miles to Disney parks . Leave early due to traffic especially school days .

We came to Florida to get away from the cold Indiana weather for a month. This property was a very nice place to stay with family coming to visit different times. Property owner was very easily reached. Nice neighborhood with nice

The house we rented was perfect for our trip. We do this every year. We golf everyday then stop someplace for dinner and return home to relax for the next day. The weather was great and we used the heated pool and spa everyday. We had everything we needed in the house. This house is great for familys going to the park but don't want to stay in the busy areas. It's a very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again if we had the same size party.

Amazing house, clean and beautiful! It really gave a vacation vibe and we loved it! It was a little bit of a drive to get to places we wanted to go but overall amazing!

Meet our property manager check in. She was great. Had some communication with the owner and that was awesome. The home was so spacious. My family traveled over 24 hrs and when arrived the home was so relaxing, rooms were great and plenty of quiet for our little one to sleep. We appreciate the hospitality.

This house is amazing! There was ample space for my family. 11 total. Little kids to teenager's. The owner was super responses and answered all questions I had,. Check in and out was simple. Everything you need is within about 20 minutes. My grandkids loved the pool. There is also a community clubhouse with a pool and arcade. That was a bonus. I would recommend this property and if we ever go back to the Orlando/Kissimee area we would stay here again for sure!

Family of 6 2 adults and 4 children had an amazing time the home is huge spotless clean the beds are very comfortable communication with owner was fab the community is lovely and our family enjoyed fishing on the lakes thank you we hope to rebook soon for next year x

Our stay was good overall but there are many amenities that need to be fixedWith short falls. Plenty of towels for the pool very few for showering. no hand towels .no washcloths. dirty ceiling vents. Burnt out lightbulbs in rooms. Broken patio door latches so you could not use the main door or master bedroom door to the patio. broken blinds that you could not close. Short on amenities like toilet paper, paper towel, bathroom soap. While I understand when you rent a condo you need to bring some of your amenities but they should not be shorted on the first day. There was also no parking in the garage because it was filled with a broken refrigerator a Christmas tree etc.

Check in and out was quick, clean house everything was according to pictures.

Property was clean and appearance was as advertised. Lots of space for a large family or group. We had 8 in our party and never felt as if we were on top of each other. Easy drive to Disney resorts. Management staff very helpful

Joe theproperty manager, was very good at taken care of things. Too bad vrbo could not. Joe had changed the number on the lock to get into the house and sent vrbo the number change, Vrbo did not tell us, we call vrbo, it took awhile but they finally found Joe's message and passeed it on. This is the third year we used Vrbo and each year had problems.There were little things that were problems and the manager Joe took care of each, followed up with phone calls. Pool was great, whirlpool got fixed, all i got to say is thanks Joe, Vrbo I am done with you.

It was a nice experience. The property manager was in communication with us quickly if we had questions or concerns.

This was a beautiful home, clean & spacious. The private pool was so nice. The set-up was perfect for our multi-generational Florida/Disney trip. Most of the rooms have a private bathroom (the master on the main floor & two of the upstairs bedrooms) and then two of the bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, and one bedroom (the one that has small twin bed only) can also use that bathroom. As a note, the master bedroom downstairs has a HUGE closet off the en-suite bathroom - so nice! We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen had most everything you would need. Plenty of room to hang out as a group, also great privacy for when everyone needs some downtime. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. There is a binder in the house that gives all the information too. There is a guard shack into the neighborhood and the clubhouse and the community pool were also wonderful! Location felt safe and we were a little ways away from the parks but definitely prefer a quieter residential area instead of being in too much of a busy commercial-type area. Thanks Joe for all the great communication and this wonderful property!

The Community is lovely, nice and quiet and big. It does have a clubhouse with pool that visitors are allowed to use. We did not find this out until the last day of our stay. My friends and I were really looking forward to enjoying our stay in a house that was special. We cannot say that it was. It really needs a deep clean, including having the rugs stretched and cleaned. While the amenities say there is a heated pool, the website did not say it costs $30 per day with a minimum 3 days use. It would be helpful for the website to indicate this. It was disappointing to find out there was an additional cost to heat the pool. I understand the reason (cost of the gas to heat it), but it should have been noted in the description. The house is a bit dated. All appliances work well; verticals do not. Bring you own paper products because only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom is supplied and only 1 roll of paper tolls. A Walmart is about 5 miles away and you can get them there.

We could not have had a better time . House was beautiful ,very clean and spacious for our large group. The neighborhood was nice as well/ nice people . Owner always responded back pretty fast . He even did us a few favors before we got there, which was nice of him. Wish we could have stayed longer , will definitely be back.

The property was in a nice neighborhood. The house was as described in the listing. It was a bit frustrating to have to supply all of our own dish soap for hand washing dishes and well as for the dish washer, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Other then one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one starter paper towel roll and one dishwasher detergent cube. The pool was nice but did not get warm when air temperatures drop cooler then 54 degrees. They did have a pack-n-play and a stroller available at the house which came in very handy with my little ones. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Excellent location for our family trip to Florida; highly recommend. Plenty of room and nice location.

Very poor experience renting this property. Poor communication from owner/property manager as we were locked out for hours after our 4 pm arrival. We were told we were 3 days early which was totally incorrect. House was not cleaned when we arrived so we were told to wait outside. Additional issues were smell of vomit on stairs, outside furniture was so filthy we could not sit on it, dirty comforters, and back sliding door cannot be locked. Despite all this I would have been satisfied if owner and property manager had taken enough interest to take care of the issues but they offered only a measly refund of less than $40.00 and had my family do most of the work inside the house. I would not recommend renting this property if you are concerned about cleanliness and safety.

The garage had several broken chairs in it, a broken refrigerator, along with other junk. Kitchen cooking supplies were a joke. We could not park a vehicle in the garage space. The property manager did not remove the frig as they said they would in a text. We loved our trip to Orlando but the house was a big letdown. we have photos to support our position. The overall cleanliness was poor and the place needed a deep cleaning.

My family and I had a great time on our vacation. I love the house we stayed in it was great. The only complaint we had was there was something on the dining room floor we could not get up. I sent the property manager a message and hew never responded. Overall we had a great time. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about this home. We really enjoyed our stay. This home is beautiful and so roomy. The property manager was very attentive. The property owner checked in on the day of arrival to make sure we were pleased. This property is close to the parks.
