Great location, happy house 0.5 mile Nancy’s & Jetty Beach.
1900 Victorian, vor kurzem aktualisiert. Haus ist ungefähr 1.600 Quadratmeter. Das Haus wurde 2018 gekauft und alle Möbel und Möbel sind neu. Küche und Bad mit Treppe sind neu renoviert!
Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit 50-Zoll-HDTV, das mit Schlafsofa verbunden ist. Die Küche ist ein Essbereich und umfasst verschiedene Geräte, darunter Mixer, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle.
Drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss: zwei Zimmer mit Queen-Size-Betten und ein Zimmer mit voller Größe und zwei Etagenbetten.

A short walk to the beach.

Attended a wedding in Martha Vineyard throughly enjoyed our stay. House was super clean, was in a great location and and had everything we needed to make it a great gathering for my family. Easy check in and out and property manager was very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great and comfortable place to stay in vineyard.

My husband, mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Not only was the house exactly as described and as well appointed as the photos demonstrate, it was also well stocked with all the amenities you would need on a fun vacation. It was also very clean which is key for any stay.
The location is ideal- a short walk to Circuit Ave- enough so that it is pleasant, but not so far that you feel that you are over exerting yourself. Within a block of the house, we also ran into 3 people we knew- also enjoying the area's proximity to shops and restaurants. The layout of the house is also great; the three of us had ample space for ourselves. We never felt crowded.
Whenever we had a question for the hosts they were unfailingly helpful and responded promptly.
I would happily return to this house, and highly recommend it to others. Just not during our chosen weeks! :)

We (my husband, two young boys, and myself) have stayed in countless houses around MV on our annual trips based on which grandparents and friends have traveled with us. We’ve seen lots of different amenities, lots of inaccurate listings, and had some places we just didn’t prefer for proximity to where we’d ideally like to be. We’ve also had some really great houses, but this one met every single need and then some. The house was incredibly clean and well kept, very well-stocked, and so functional for many MV needs. We know the island well and have a routine, but it’s a fantastic location for families who may not be as familiar. We felt so comfortable here. It had all the things we would look for in a family rental. Also, major plus to have linens and towels, which not every rental does. So grateful for all the details that they thought to add to their home for comfort of families. We are already looking at dates to book for next year!

Many great things about this property. The location was perfect for us because it was about a 20 min walk to shops so we got some exercise to off balance what we were eating 😂
The rooms were very nicely decorated and suited us as a family with 4 kids just fine.
The only downside was that the beds were NOT queen size. They were all fulls and twin (bunk beds)…if I had known that I wouldn’t have rented it at all but we made it work. I ended up sleeping on the floor while my husband slept in the bed 😂 other than that, great place!

We recently stayed at 67 New York Ave and were extremely pleased with our visit. As a family we have been coming to Oak Bluffs for years, have stayed all throughout the town and find the harbor area to be our favorite. We were initially concerned about the distance to town as well as walking on NY Ave however neither was a problem, if you don’t want to walk or bike on the main road you can easily go through the neighborhood and arrive at the harbor or the Jetty beach. In addition I must say this was the most well stocked home we have visited in all the years we have come to the Vineyard. The hosts thought of everything to make our visit worry free. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting the island.

The house has large living area on first floor and kitchen with seating for 6 easily. Bedrooms all have drawer and closet space. Only strange aspect of layout is the small bathroom on first floor is right in middle of kitchen.
The location is great. On a main road, but away from the city center. Walk or bike to grocery and restaurants is possible.
House included lots of extras like bikes, sand toys, cooler, chairs, umbrella. This was a pleasant surprise.
I would stay there again.

The house served us well. It was good size for 4 adults. It was walking and biking distance to Oak Bluffs (shopping, restaurants & beach). The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Although we had a car, bus stops are one house over. The house sits back from a busy street but no noise can be heard inside. The xtra living space was great for remote working: This room could be an xtra bedroom and/or a play room for small kids. The neighbors & neighborhood were extremely quiet. Because this house is older there is a full bath off kitchen, with the other bath upstairs. I highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. The porch was great for hanging out and we really appreciated the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Having all the beach gear and bikes was a super bonus. The walk into Oak Bluffs was short and appreciated by our teens. New York Ave is a little busy but the house is set well back from the street so it’s really not an issue. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Great experience at this lovely home. It has a massive front porch- three sitting areas-pic doesn’t do the porch justice- I spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch or walking downtown to shop and dine when I wasn’t driving my
car, top down, up island. This home is a nice place to relax in the evenings too.

This property was perfect for our family of four. It's within walking distance of Circuit Avenue and the beach. The small room off the between the kitchen and family room was a perfect workspace.

We had such a lovely stay on Martha's Vineyard at this property. The beds were comfortable, the porch was amazing, and there were tons of amenities (ac, tv, games, fully stocked kitchen). We would definitely stay there again.

This home is great! A perfect location to get to Oak Bluff walking and dedicated parking if you have a car. I cannot stress how accurate the description and pictures are. The home is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, etc. You really cannot go wrong with this rental!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this house. It is really perfect in that it is a short walk to town and all the attractions in oak bluffs. The house itself has all that you need, fully equipped kitchen, linens a and towels and beach chairs. The house is also very clean.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and the house was great! The location made it easy to get around to our favorite places. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was big and newly renovated, making it a great gathering area. The tv was fully loaded so we were able to watch the parade after participating in the local turkey trot. My kids enjoyed playing in the front yard and one day the weather was nice enough to sit out on the big front porch to watch them. This was a great off-season house! And I'm sure it's also perfect for the summer months - would love to give it a try sometime!

The owner was extremely responsive and accommodated our requests. The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. Oak Bluffs has some great restaurants, which are conveniently located near the house, and is in close proximity to other nearby towns and restaurants.

We stayed here for a week with another family for a total of 7 people. We didn’t bring a car on the island, so we didn’t have much beyond clothes and personal items. Thankfully, the house had everything we needed for a week at the beach including bikes for all ages/sizes, beach umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The house was charming, clean and the decor/furnishings were super cute. The kitchen was large and well-appointed with all the basics for entertaining. We especially loved the wide porch with a comfy couch and chairs for evening cocktails.
The best part of the property, however, was the location. By foot, you are 10 min from downtown Oak Bluffs and the beach - by bike it’s less than 3 min.
Finally, the host, Emily, was a pleasure to communicate with and was very responsive to all my questions prior to our visit.
Hope to stay there again.

Charming house -- incredibly clean with an amazing porch. Host thought of all the big and small details -- lots of beach chairs, towels and umbrella.... and a pad of paper in "junk" drawer to leave notes when going for an early morning walk or to play Googley eyes (one of the many games provided.) and everything in between. Bedrooms good size. Living room den area made for easy hanging out and plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 teenagers (14-18). Easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We vacation on the island every year and this property was by far one of the best! The location was great. The house has everything you would need for your vacation from beach chairs to bicycles! We will be back next year!

Chris and Emily’s house was the perfect place for us after this crazy pandemic. The grandparents lounged and read on the cool porch all day and the kids rode bikes, took the bus and went to the beach. The basement was a treasure chest of toys and things to use to make your stay even more fun. A 10-15 min walk to Oak Bluffs or take the bus wherever you like, the house had something for everyone. Beds were comfortable and they even had a pack and play for our little guy. Emily was very responsive and got back to us right away. We loved every minute of it and no one wanted to go home. Will most likely be back next summer!

This was probably the cleanest house we have stayed at in Martha’s Vineyard and we come every summer! Towels, linens, all the kitchen gadgets you would want-
Bikes, beach chairs, beach caddy made everything so easy!
We usually stay off of circuit ave so this was a different side of oak bluffs- walking to town took a little longer than we are used to- not a huge deal- would love it if there was a sidewalk down to the boat area(Nancy’s) because it is on a main sometimes noisy road but other than that this house and host was wonderful!

The place was spacious, well maintained, clean, and very accommodating for my family with 6 adults. We all had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Access to the beach paraphernalia (beach towels, chairs and umbrellas) made it even easier because that was less we had to pack. I brought my vehicle and recommend others with a large party do the same. There is ample parking for 2 vehicles and plenty of yard to grill and play around. A+

This property provided the perfect space to spend time with my family. When the weather didn’t allow us to be outside, we were able to bound together with cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and playing the board games provided. We look forward to spending time in this space again in the future.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property and we love it! It’s a great house in an amazing location and is extremely clean. It’s stocked with everything you need, especially if you want to stay in for a few nights and cook. Emily is extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home. We loved everything about it...the amenities, how easy it was to find, the cleanliness, and the proximity to the town center and ferries. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway that makes you feel at home. We were a party of 6 adults and once child and not once did we feel crowded or confined. We especially loved sitting out on the front porch with a cup a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. It was the perfect vacation for our family.
