Die Anlage ist perfekt, da sie direkt an der Promenade liegt und doch findet man da Ruhe und Erholung. die Pools sind perfekt und eines ist sogar beheizt. Liegebetten und Sonnenschirme gibt es genug und das Bistro ist sehr gemütlich.

Wüste nicht was ich erwähnen sollte!

Hotel usytuowany przy samym wybrzeżu, wzdłuż którego ciągnie się bardzo długa promenada, idealna do spacerów, szczególnie dla rodziców z wózkami. Do dyspozycji gości są 2 średniej wielkości baseny, a dookoła bardzo dużo zieleni. Byliśmy poza głównym sezonem (koniec kwietnia) i nie było dużych tłumów, więc bez problemu można było znaleźć wolne leżaki. Dla nas dużym plusem był brak animacji czy muzyki przy strefie basenowej. Pokój był czysty, do dyspozycji mieliśmy dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny i balkon ze świetnym widokiem na ocean. Kilka minut drogi do fajnych publicznych plaż, supermarketów czy restauracji. Hotel godny polecenia.

Jedynym minusem były śniadania w hotelu obok oddalonym o 5 minut, ale wynagradzał nam to piękny tropikalny ogród w którym można było zjeść w ciszy.

La qualité des prestations est vraiment très bonnes. Un appartement RDC avec jardin et tout l'équipement! Il ne manquait rien. Top pour une famille à 4.

Tout était au top... Mais un étendage plus grand ce serai bien. Même si le sèche linge facilite les choses!

Fan in room stopped working twice and two single beds pushed together on wheels were a bit uncomfortable.

Soggiorno fantastico, struttura perfetta dalla posizione, fronte mare e zona turistica molto tranquilla e sicura. Stanze attrezzate con cucina e microonde. Piscina riscaldata, ottimo per famiglie. Staff super gentile. 10 a tutto

The apartment has been recently refurbished. It was clean and in a good location, we had a sea and mountain view and the pool was lovely.

The only issue we had was that the show tray was not tilted properly, so the water leaked into the bedroom whilst we were showering. I didn't complain as it wasn't really an issue, but it's worth getting it checked out.

Posizione bellissima a due passi dalla movida e da due passeggiate lungo il mare da fare di sera per andare a cena. Due spiagge vicine dove poter fare il bagno nell'oceano. Il giardino tropicale che circonda le due piscine... top! Una grande con acqua di mare ma non riscaldata... fantastica.. una più piccola riscaldata.. favolosa. La sala colazione non è in albergo ma si raggiunge in un paio di minuti all'hotel Parque Santiago III. Quando ce lo hanno detto all'arrivo mi era sembrata una scomodità, invece ci è piaciuto proprio molto, fare due passi a piedi per raggiungere il Parque Santiago III dove la colazione viene servita in un ristorante adiacente alla piscina. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, niente da dire, c'era ogni ben di dio, sia dolce che salato, anzi devo dire che sul salato non ho mai visto una ricchezza di scelta simile e anche noi che siamo italiani, sul salato ci siamo andati alla grande. Gli appartamenti studio sono spaziosi, hanno un comodo angolo cottura con frigorifero che può essere comodo per metterci delle bibite e della frutta che si compera nel supermercato Santiago proprio dietro l'hotel. L'angolo cottura è fornito di pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, posate, praticamente tutto per potervi fare uno spuntino o una merenda se non avete voglia di uscire, c'è anche un bollitore per il caffè americano e un tostapane. Se non volete pagare in più per includere la colazione perché non siete abituati a farla o mangiate poco, potete comprarvi il necessario per farla sul balcone che è dotato di un tavolino e sedie. Il bagno è grande. Se prenoterete uno studio con vista mare non ve ne pentirete. La vista dell'oceano già da appena alzati è un piacere che vi porterete dietro anche quando tornerete a casa. Anche la pulizia nelle camere ci ha lasciati molto soddisfatti. Ci torneremo.... ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore.

Forse nel generale un pò di manutenzione ma non è assolutamente una critica, non abbiamo nulla di particolare da segnalare. La tenda da sole sul balcone non funzionava, lo abbiamo segnalato all'arrivo e sono venuti subito a cambiare le pile del telecomando. Devo dire che sono molto efficienti.

This is a lovely apartment complex in an excellent beachfront location with 2 lovely salt water swimming pools. Our apartment had recently been renovated and was well equipped and appointed. The grounds and common areas were all very well maintained and spotlessly clean.

Modern, clean and fresh, all equipment as would needed. Maid service 😁

Everything was exceptional, location perfect, in the centre, nearby all the restaurants, shops, bars, room clean spacious, even had small kitchen with amneties, wonderful sea view, staff super friendly, breakfast was delicious, buffet with huge choice of meals (even dietary) - this you go to Santiago III, so close everything, it isn’t a problem, pool area and fitness both tidy clean, heated pool salt water great! Also cocktails at the pool bar - very good, recommend!

The food at the pool bar was poor, so we used glovo and ordered food during the daytime to the hotel. We had first day at this pool bar pizza, childrens menu nuggets and bocadillo and none of that were tasty, quite bad it was, just the cocktails were good, so glovo saved us for next days..

Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Toffe locatie buiten in Santiago park 3 na een korte wandeling vanuit Santiago 4.

Alles was ok. Voor 5 nachten of zelfs een week was de gerenoveerde studio een goede verblijfplaats.

Beds in the apartment , wifi

Loved the location, modernised studio, gorgeous sea views . Modern clean kitchen, great TV with all the channels . Great warm pool- plenty of sunbeds .

Single beds were quite hard . Half modernised bathroom . No microwave. Reception area rather tired.

This is our third stay at Parque Santiago 4. It is a large complex with two swimming pools but always quiet and easy to get sunbeds. Rooms were cleaned to very high standard. Staff on reception were extremely helpful. I like the location as there are lots of walking options. It is 20 min walk to Los Cristianos. Bus stop is 10 min walk. We got bus to La Calette and had late lunch in one of the fish restaurants, walk back by the coast to Adeje, then bus back.

Only small issue is no toiletries provided and no bottle of water.

De Locatie, de 6 persoonskamer 2501 was meer dan geweldig. Heerlijke douches….. schone kamer en een fantastisch ontbijt

Ontbijt was een eindje lopen…. Wat ons betreft niet erg, maar kan voor sommig wat lastig zijn.

That we were able to use the kids slides at Santiago III. The whole area is really family friendly so it's fairly quiet in the evenings (good for small people going to bed). The whole area not just the hotel is really clean.

Had a split level penthouse apartment which was brilliant with a large balcony with day bed and loungers. Fantastic views of the pool and coast.

Was sometimes a wait for service at the pool bar. Lifts also occasionally oversubscribed.

Emplacement idéal, piscines magnifiques et logement dans la tour qui nous offrait une vue magnifique sur l’océan.

J’ai oublié de la signaler à la réception, mais à certains moments il y avait des odeurs d’égouts dans les toilettes.
