Big spacious apartment fully equipped close tp everything. Great pool and pool bar staff were so friendly no queuing for sunbeds and very clean around pool area . Telly in the apartment had radio and telly had English stations for the rare nights in which was a plus. Washing machine was also excellent it was like a home away from home especially nice air con coming in from 30 degrees heat 🥵
We had only one key to the apartment and no key for the safe but we managed fine our balcony was a bit small but again only minor

Excellent location close to bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment for four of us with air con during the hot weather. Plenty equipment in the kitchen including a washing machine. Lashings of hot water in the bathroom for four ladies. Antonio sorted any queries promptly. Lovely receptionist Natasia who was so helpful.
Pool area could do with a few parasols.
So few taxis to take us from A to B.
Small issue but the hair dryer needs to be replaced.

Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed apartment. The pool and bar facilities were nice and exceeded expectations. Natasha and Alison were both friendly to chat with at the bar/reception and gave good advice about the area, including visiting the Thursday morning market. The parking was very good. We recommend having a car for shopping and groceries (although the local Consum and Euromarket were good) e.g. La Zenia Boulevard, also restaurants (the Strip is ok, but better meals can be found elsewhere, although there were a couple of good ones close to the apartment) and day trips to other places such as Cartagena and Alicante.
There were no (or very few) parasols at the pool. In June this was not such a problem but we guess in July and August that might be a problem for the fairer-skinned!

Everything except when we arrived late Tuesday the corridor was in complete darkness, which was very scary. No one told us that we had to look for the light switch but all was good when eventually after 10 mins a guest came to our aid.

Unfortunately for a few days each time entering the apartment there was a strong smell of sewerage, had to spray air freshener few times a day.
On our first day of arrival the kitchen tap needed repairing by service guy the job took a few hours, we didn't want to leave him in apartment alone with our valuable items in apartment, just a pity this was not done before arrival we missed out 3/4 of the day heading out to beech,

Basic Apartment in the heart of all the bars and restaurants which we loved. Very close to the beach. Very clean and with all you need for a comfortable stay including towels/hairdryers etc. Would def stay again in the area. The apartment overlooks the pool which is lovely.
Decor is a little dated but comfortable.

We arrived at 9 I had messaged the day before and was told to message half hr before we got there which I did we were at the complex and waited 50 mins until we eventually found a number on original booking , the last time we booked the reception handed over key I feel when I booked I should have received email with directions to open the box with code on door etc it was very stressful on the nite we arrived no one there to meet us
