Nice and clean room. Friendly staffs.
The hotel sign is hard to see on the I-35. It's better if there's another sign outside with an arrow pointed to the Cheddar street.

I liked the location, complimentary breakfast and the staff!
The ants and the parking is what really made me upset! Also, in the first room the t.v was broken so they had to move us.

Staff on reception were reluctant to come out from the back room and always seemed to have their mouths full of food
Smoke detector ganging off the ceiling, reported this to reception on day 1. On day 4 when we left still the same
Room wasn’t made up, shortage of staff and no management on site
If I want to clean my own room and make up my own bed I would book a cottage/ lodge
Bugs in room perhaps if they had cleaned they would have removed these

The smell as soon as you walk in was very spa like so they experience started there.

The property was mostly clean. The location is very convenient to the interstate, shopping and restaurants.
The WIFI was almost nonexistent. The temp in the halls uncomfortably high. The breakfast was ok one morning then terrible the next. The interstate noise prevents this location from being a place to relax.

The staff was very nice, especially the young man who was filling up the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was nice, with great selections. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is very clean.

The staff was not attentive. They never came to clean our room or change our sheets. We had to take out our own trash and go downstairs and get our own towels every day.

check in was a wait, noone was at the front desk. Front desk was rude to us even tho we patiently waited for them to give us a room. Room was not clean. Smelled like smoke, all soaps and shampoos on wall were empty. Shower was stained with maybe the shampoo there once was. Requested more blankets at midnight, front desk informed me they werent sure if they had any and if they did I have to wait because theres check ins and I have to go get them.

the bathroom was a bit messy (countertop had a stain and the toilet seat was not cleaned so it had dried urine all over)
for some reason ther we’re ants in the bathroom
the bed box was dirty and the covers had a stain

it was under construction on my floor the ceiling was leaking nonstop and all they had was a small trash can to catch the water then I was woken up out of my sleep extremely early the next morning from the construction workers yelling from one end of the hall way to the other at each other. the front desk clerk was not helpful at all and she had massive attitude.
