It was clean, warm and fairly quiet - the bare minimum requirement.

No wifi, no information folder/booklet, the shower was just a lukewarm dribble, the lighting was dim (reading was difficult).

Service, smell of tobacco smoke, not good for someone recovering from cancer. Noise from people all over the hotel. Taps in bathroom were falling off, cups and spoons dirty and black hairs everywhere. Disgusting...

We got a room which was part of the pub (#34) the other 33 rooms were in a separate building. Because we were in the main building the noise was more than I would like.

The staff was lovely as was the food down in the bistro. The room was clean and tidy.

Being ontop of the pub we could hear everything from the pub. Also it was windy and the windows rattled like crazy!

The proximity to city and also the cleanliness is good

However they should maintain air conditioners well. This will cause guests to get infected. The aircon is full of dust. It looks like in years was never cleaned the filters.

One of the best value stays in Sydney! Will definitely be back next trip 100%... Attended a concert in Olympic Park and the price/convenience of staying here was more than perfect in every way.

The location was good

It was messy and stunk of smoke. Children screaming in other rooms late at night. An alarm was going off for an hour my partner when down to talk with someone and the manager had stepped out so it went off longer (apparently the other workers couldn’t do anything)! Our room had used shampoo bottles still in shower and old milk on the window sill

The only thing we liked was air conditioning, even though it was smelly.

Basically everything else. There was dried gum on the carpet and other dirt, We didn’t even want to take off our shoes. The dresser and the nightstand had many dents, was dirty and sticky as if it wasn’t cleaned properly. The curtain was broken. There was mold all over the bathroom walls. On the Door was some kind of handprint. In the entrance is a bench which is completely broken. I also think it is not normal that the reception was a little area in their pub.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was dirty, the beds were really uncomfortable and dirty. The staff kept saying we were smoking in the room and kept coming every 10 minutes to check. We ended up leaving and having to spend more money on a decent hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I don’t like at all,the picture not same as the at all .the room so smell and the kettle is not clean at all,I have 18 months baby ,we carry the bag when checking in the person stay in counter ,she ask for bank card and id for nothing,although we pay full amount.she say the booking not confirmed then wait 15 minutes then she give room after that she say go up .we carry our 2 luggage and baby go up in the step,no lift then our room not there then she say go other side ,we already exhausted traveling from Melbourne and the room not clean at all,bed is moving around,don’t have microwave for baby milk really disappointed but no choice because late night can’t bring baby and go other hotel.full of smells
