Beautifully Renovated Historic District Home
Wenn dieses Haus wurde 2008 renoviert, wurde keine Kosten gescheut, um zu aktualisieren und zu dekorieren das Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Kirsche Hartholz Schränke mit rostfreien Geräten und Akzenten, Granit, Gasherd und Glasblock Fliesen Backsplashes macht diese Küche ein Gourmet-Koch Freude. Und gemütlich zu mit beheizten Fliesenböden! Offene Wohnbereich verfügt über Holzböden, alle neuen Möbel und zusätzliche Schlaf auf einem ausziehbaren Queen-Schlafsofa. WC und voller Waschmaschine / Trockner auf der Hauptebene. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer mit WC, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit einer Königin. Ein privater Garten mit Terrasse und Grill sind die letzten Schliffe in diesem gut ausgestatteten Haus, mit Blick auf Ihren Komfort konzipiert.
Das Parken ist einfach auf dieser ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Für Ihre Parkausweise ($ 5 / Tag pro Auto) können Vorkehrungen getroffen werden, und ich werde sie für Ihre Ankunft auf der Küchentheke bereithalten.

My husband and I stayed for a month at this property to "try Annapolis on" for future reference and it suited us perfectly. Great location, enough space for us to "work from home" as well as host guests/family in the spare bedroom for a couple of nights. The neighbors were lovely, the off street parking permit essential, and we appreciated Marie's tasteful and comfortable decor, not to mention Pet Friendly policy ;) We enjoyed many of the city's bars & restaurants, everything from Davis' Pub, Vin 909, Carrolls Creek in Eastport to McGarveys, Fox's Den, Osteria/Al Acqua (fabulous) & Preserve on Main. And Sailors Oyster Bar! Loved all of it, will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful little place in the heart of Annapolis, MD. We are local to the region but wanted a “get away” for the weekend. The owner provided us with a parking permit to put our car on the street right next to the house and once we parked we never got back into it. The house it two blocks from the downtown and the waterfront.
Inside the house is small but lives “big”. Lots of room, two large bedrooms each with their own bath. One minor caveat: the second bedroom does not have a closet … but does have a clever hanging system on the walls!
The kitchen has every conceivable appliance and all were not only working perfectly but extremely well maintained.
We truly enjoyed the outdoor space as well … the provided propane tank was full and we used it with the fireplace just chillin’ and enjoying the end of each day.
Overall, the property is absolutely beautiful, the owner worked very closely with us the entire time, and we are already making plans to return.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in your beautiful home and in historic Annapolis. Today we attended the service at the USNA Chapel and then dined at Cafe Normandie. Our stay has been one special experience after another - on the waterfront, on the water, shopping Main Street, and walking our pup in the nearby park. Thank you for sharing your home with us. You have been super helpful and responsive Your home is Five star in every way with a Five star location!

The house and garden were beautiful. House located on a quiet street a very short walk to all restaurants and shops. Cold AC, nice living/dining area with a well equipped kitchen. Had everything we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We all slept extremely well. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to the area.

This was a great property and the manager was great to work with. The property was well located to many attractions. The only drawback was the parking which seems typical for Annapolis. Overall would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here during Commissioning Week, May 2021. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything needed, from oils and spices, to all dish soaps and paper goods. Kitchen table fits 4 easily. The dining room table easily fits 6. The large master bedroom faces the street but was pretty quiet. The extra A/C units in each upstairs bedroom were very nice, and also quiet. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable. Washer and dryer were convenient to have, with laundry soap provided. It was a pleasure to work with Marie. Parking spots were sometimes full in front of the house. Had to park1-2 streets over on a few occasions, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Cute townhouse within walking distance to everything
Very nicely appointed and comfortable two-story on Charles Street, a wonderful historic district. It was extremely convenient for walking downtown or to the Naval Academy. Pleasant backyard with lawn furniture, huge trees and flowers. Kitchen is very modern and well-stocked with appliances.

Great house in the perfect location!
House located on a quiet street in a central location. 5 minute or less walk to everything. We had a great father-daughter weekend and walked to the Naval Academy, historic Annapolis, the state house, great restaurants and then biked around Quiet Waters Park and Kent Island. A great weekend in the perfect, well-equipped home. We hope to be back!

Great weekend getaway in Annapolis
We had a great birthday weekend in Annapolis and the house was perfect for two couples and our dog. The house was updated, clean and comfortable and was walking distance from great restaurants and shops. Marie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would love to rent the place again next time we are in Annapolis.

Best Location in Annapolis
This home was a hidden gem!! At the end of the street is a community park & dock that we visited every day with our dog. You can't beat the proximity to downtown also. Once you park your car, you won't need to get back in until it's time to leave. Great place,comfortable beds, and excellent updates throughout.

Rented this charming house for a recent weekend. Couldn’t have been better. Quiet street but close to everywhere you want to be in town. House was updated & very nice. Kitchen was awesome. Everyone raved about it. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful location and charming townhouse
This precious townhome exceeded my expectations. Tastefully decorated and immaculately clean it was the perfect location for our weekend activities. Owner is attentive to any need. Although we rented a car we were able to walk everywhere. Definitely would return and stay here again! Thank you for making the process seamless.
