Very spacious bedroom, excellent mattress, important when you have a bad back, good breakfast, very well situated as a cyclist, very helpful and friendly owner and staff.
It was great to have snacks available on self service but the choice was a bit limited.

- location in a calm and beautiful village close to the mountains and Inca, during low season Inca offers a good choice of restaurants and during the day you can also find some good restaurants in Selva itself

- very friendly owner
- nearly nothing, just to be perfect some corners needs a little bit renovation, but it didn’t really bother me

The staff was so nice! Pedro and his wife were the sweetest people ever, and very helpful! The breakfast was great, and the room were so nicely decorated. The location is mid island and not too far from the main attractions.

The breakfast was good, a nice selection of continental style breakfast. The location was good. Parking was a little difficult. The room was clean and had a homely touch . Our room had a balcony so loved it. Would definitely go back.

lack on human touch, it is like building up an IKEA wardrobe, you have to do all yourself following instructions. The instructions missed where the card for the air conditioning was, not nice when there are 40 degrees outside. Lady at breakfast could not understand Spanish fluently and when done we left the place e without finding anyone to say goodbye/ how was your stay. where are the owners????

Everything was perfectly prepared for our stay, excellent communication with the owner, parking slots outside, beautiful rooms and common area and really nice bathroom! Great place to stay! Even the breakfast was great :)

Communication with personell on site, except basic few words, possible only with using translation app.
Weak communication with property - No advance mail information received on how to access the room because main entrance is closed - have to call when arrived on site. Also no reply to mail inquiry on airport shuttle service received.

The place is very cozy and our room was spacious!
It was a bit creepy, cause there’s not much around and in the hotel it was al dark and quiet. Which isn’t bad but just don’t expect a lobby or something. It’s more bed & breakfast like. Also we didn’t really had good information about check in but luckily that problem was solved right away

Common fridge. Wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful interior. Lovely staff. We enjoy all the moments which have been taken in this place. Thank You for the experience. Selva is a nice little piece of pearl in west side of Mallorca.
