坐地铁过去应该很好找．开始的时候去的时候坐了大巴，绕来绕去找不到。主要是天气热绕来绕去的找不到的时候有点火大，到地理位置在最最市中心，吃的喝的，非常港式。还有就是，酒店大堂在八楼，建议首次去的话，打电话问路。服务温馨，下次去港，还是会首选。对了，对睡觉需要非常安静的，会不适合，因为下面附近酒吧夜店午夜2点才会安静下来。

三楼二楼都有餐厅和住客合用一个电梯，安全性差点。

Location was good and the room was a good size. The hotel is not that easy to find as it is not in Wellington St nor in d’Aguilar St, but eventually we found it. Everything about the hotel was fine, the only complaint would be that it is in a very busy spot for nightlife, with restaurants, bars and nightclubs all around it - and despite being on the 17th floor it was quite noisy with music from the bars until about 2am. The hotel leaves earplugs by the bed so I guess they are somewhat prepared for it. The hotel provided a pocket wifi device that you could use around town, which was great on night one as we had not yet bought SIM cards, which was very helpful.

A little inconvenient having to call the lift always to go down to the street, and only two lifts, one of which was normally not operating, so could be a bit slow. And the noise, though it calmed down at 2am so could have been worse.

Service

the hotel is well located in the LKF area, entertainment, dining and public transportation are easy to reach.

The arrival was rough, we registered and paid after arriving through an overnight flight and arrived early in the morning to find that the room was not available. In a reception with NO TOILET we needed to wait for several hours until check in time, so we left our contact details specifically asking to let us know when the room is ready and decided to go out for a meal, the receptionist recommended a restaurant that was not only far, but the food and service was terrible. Way pass the check in time, the notice from the hotel never came through. We were asked to register again, payment terms, went through payment again and going through ridiculous stream of questions before getting us the key to finally check in.

Very good location, esp., if you like night life or if you are a late sleeper. Though it's a bit noisy from the clubs at night even though you're staying at high level, the noise may stop around midnight.

Cautious for those who are early or light sleepers. The noise from the clubs around may disturb you even though you're staying at high level.

The room was really very average. Small size, very clean, but not somewhere I'd probably go again.

Pretty small, the view was meant to be a city view I think but we basically looked out onto another building a metre away
