Poorly stocked home - no sheets, pillow cases, bathroom or kitchen towels, no bath mats and the house is just not staged properly for guests. Caring, professional should invest in this home and your ROI would easily be made within the first year.

Home is in need of some renovation, but was perfect and very comfortable for our stay. It worked out beautifully.

This was our 3rd time renting this house for a working/vacation in October (70 degree days, with plenty of sunshine). We stayed 12 days and had zero complaints. The house is very comfortable with lots of natural light. We used the screened in porch everyday. The Ocean Pines community is a quiet community with parks, pools, dog park, a golf course, marina and a public yacht club. White Sail Circle is a peaceful 1/2 mile loop to bike/walk or a short distance to White Horse Park for nature trails. The amenities, deli, marina, hardware, bike shop, or groceries are either a short drive or a 15 minute bike ride away. The house also includes a parking pass for Ocean Pines Beach Club on 50th.

This property, although it was a little outdated, was perfected for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Our dogs, loved the screened in porch and the openness, of house. Lots of room for them to play. Outside there was plenty of room for them to explore. My only concern is the dogs across the street. They were very big dogs mastif size and when we we’re getting ready to leave the dogs jumped the gate and began to chase me and my dog into our vehicle. It was pretty scary. My dog was unaware of what was happening but thank goodness I made it in the car safe. The neighbor came and called them back to the house and apologized but it was scary. So if anyone brings their pups here just be cautious of the dogs across the street. I kept our dogs in the back of the home and we did not have any issues there. The owners were super nice and very responsive. The kitchen was stocked well. I would have given you guys a five star review for how clean it was but there were some minor things that were missed. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood just what we needed for our vacation

Property needs some updating. Laundry is in the garage with access through the garage with no access from the house. Garage door does not have all the rollers so garage door does not lift easy and you can only lift so far. We had little ants everywhere had to go get ant traps. Bedrooms are small with the beds up against the wall on one side. Listing fails to mention that the access to the pool is an additional expense. For non members it is $15.00 a day per person charge so we never used the pool. For 9 people it would have been an additional $800.00 for the week.

The house was very roomy in the living areas. The kitchen was very adequate though the fridge needed a better cleaning. The bedrooms have no ceiling lights along with the hall so are always very dark. There are lamps in the bedrooms. I would suggest more lamps. The Wi-Fi seemed to be limited not sure if it was a shared connection but not everyone could be connected at once. Loved the back deck/porch area and spent a lot of time there. The dock is a shared dock and was unsafe to use. Several boards were missing and what is there loose. Houses very close together and seemed to be far from our day destinations.

This house is in a great neighborhood and close to Ocean City. We had a 3 generation group of 9 people and we all loved it. The hosts, Rose and Brian were quick to respond to any questions.

The interior floor plan is spacious and the furniture is is good shape. There are ample dishes, utensils, etc for food prep. This rental is in a great location within The Pines. The yard and exterior is in need of serious TLC. Overgrown landscaping in the front of the property with weeds and junk trees growing. Exterior could use a good power washing as well as the plastic Adirondack chairs on the back picnic deck as they were covered in mold. Needless to say, our first impression upon arrival was not a good one, which is sad, because this house has a lot to offer and it is located on a street where the surrounding properties are well maintained.

We stayed here last year. It was such a nice experience that we booked it again this year. The house is very roomy and the neighborhood is so quiet. The property was very clean and spacious. The canal was so nice to throw in a couple crab pot and a fishing line. The screened in porch was so nice to drink coffee in the mornings and hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked. Will stay again.

At arrival, walking into the home, we fell in love with it, the size and location. My Boston Terrier and Poodle got so excited, running around the home with their tails just a wagging. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and loved the smaller cozy living room where we spend hours relaxing and watching Netflix. Easter Monday we spend most of the day on the side deck sunbathing and listening to the birds. Casino and great seafood restaurants only a few miles away. Abi's diner has great pancakes. We will recommend this vacation getaway to everyone. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay.

Its a roomy house nice sized bedrooms which were comfy and we really enjoyed the nice neighborhood. Its quiet and the neighbors are very friendly . It made walking our dog nice because people stop and talk and are very nice. I would stay here again.

The house has plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 dog. The sofa’s and beds were very comfortable! We loved the screened in porch !

We loved the Ocean Pines Community! It was nice and quiet and very family friendly. We had so much space in the house and it was so nice to have a bunk room for the kids. Walking outside to sip my coffee in the morning looking out at the bay was amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Pines. First time in the community. Rose’s home is great with all the comforts, Slept well, kitchen is well equipped and we really enjoyed the back deck.

The house was nicely equipped with what one needs while on vacation and it was very clean. The only negative I have to say is that the bedframe in the master bedroom should be tightened or replaced

Communication with owner was great. Unfortunately the one bed was super hard and utensils and dish drainer weren't very clean. Whichever cleaning company that goes in missed allot unfortunately.

Absolutely beautiful property. The pictures are beautiful but to see it , it’s just absolutely beautiful. OCMD is a short drive up the road. The screened in porch was just so nice to sit and not worry about bugs. The property is reasonably priced, clean and just beautiful. Highly recommend renting this house for a vacation. The host responded quickly to any questions. Beautiful!
