This property is amazing. It is exactly as listed with the most beautiful views. We were able to walk to amphitheater for our concert. The property was super clean and stocked with lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows! We loved it and will be back.

My family had a wonderful stay at Point Dillon 401! The property was well-stocked and very clean. The three bedrooms and three baths was fantastic for a group stay. We enjoyed the use the onsite hot tub and pool as well as playing board games by the fireplace in the evenings. The view of the lake from the property was incredible - on our last day we even saw a double rainbow over the lake during a passing rainstorm. The location of the property is fantastic as we did outings to nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, and Frisco. There is a City Market and other shops right across the street from the property which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Point Dillon 401 and hope to return again soon!

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view of Lake Dillon. Loved the screened in porch. The unit had everything we needed to cook meals and feel like a home away from home. Loved the cozy warm fireplace and comfy furniture. It was located very central to many ski resorts as well as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has been updated and is nice. The view from this building is always amazing and this time didn't disappoint. I can only give 4 stars because the elevator didn't work and we didn't know that until we picked up the keys and the lady said "hope the elevator works." I have bad knees and the stairs are a problem. The couch blanket which is needed during the winter had dog hair all over it, it wasn't washed before us. There is a temperature control panel in the bedroom that has so many LED lights it lights up the bedroom. I had to hang a sock over it. The 3ft of snow on the side balcony for the master and queen rooms wasn't cleared so we couldn't use that area to enjoy the view. The shower in the hall bath is up about 12 inches off the floor and very dangerous to get in and out of. The positives are the condo is quiet, the kitchen is stocked, the refrigerator is large and the view is amazing! We had a good time and it was nice to be able to all stay together. It would be nice to just have a code to get in instead of going to the management company but that's manageable.

Great location in Dillon. This condo has incredible views of the lake, and the size was perfect for our needs (family of 4). It was clean and had a cozy living room with fireplace. However, the master bathroom was tiny. Biggest issue was that the elevator was very dicey. Another resident told us to avoid it, and a SRG staff member also told us to avoid the elevator due to frequent issues. This was very frustrating as we wouldn’t have rented the condo without the elevator. Moving all our bags at the end of our stay was especially difficult without the elevator. Otherwise, this is a great rental. But for this level of rental, the elevator should not be a hazard.

This condo has it all! Perfect location with an amazing view of the lake. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Our family of 6 slept comfortably with lots of room. We would definitely return.

Amazing property with breathtaking views! Nothing like lake and mountain views right out your patio and bedrooms. Clean and everything we needed. There was a little work area with a desk that was an added bonus. It allowed to do some remote work during some downtime. We walked daily for coffee, beer and eats. We had a few questions on our arrival. Communication with property management was fast and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This using is wonderful, and the view is nothing short of amazing. The management responded quickly in replacing items (trash bags and paper towels) quickly. The only suggestion I have is to provide a free-standing toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. The toilet is so close to the wall that it makes in difficult to maneuver. If a free-standing TP holder were provided, guests could move it to a comfortable position. Overall, no one will go wrong by renting this condo unit!

This property is beautifully remodeled and certainly met our expectations! We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms which accommodated to all of our needs. Beautiful mountain views as well! Our family enjoyed staying in Dillon, skiing at Keystone, A-Basin, and we spent time in Breckinridge. Overall, we had a wonderful winter vacation.

This was a perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The view was fantastic and we enjoyed walks by the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner.

This property is exactly as it looks online. The condo had extraordinary views of the mountains and lake. It was stocked with everything I need from kitchen cookware and utensils to the bathroom toiletries and towels.
Two items that were disappointing. The online descriptions of the condo said the elevator had been out of service since June. I rented the condo anyway. Upon checkout Summit resort Property team members told me the elevator was working. That would have been nice to know before I spent a week here going up and down four flights of stairs.
I was not given any garage door openers. No one from Summit Resort Properties bothered to tell me that once you are in the garage and trying to get out, you have to pull a string to open the door.
Max from the property company came on my first night to help me get out of the garage and carry my groceries and luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He was wonderful!!
The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Overall I had a great experience but was unhappy no one communicated to me about the elevator working and how to get out of the underground garage without a garage door opener.
I would stay here again!

The remodeled condo is absolutely stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped in the kitchen, the furniture was comfortable, and the views could not be beaten. Check-in and out were extremely easy. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and the awesome deck and views of Lake Dillon, but the interior needed a lot of tlc. Kitchen needed updating as did bathrooms. Carpeting was stained and carpet in bathrooms is just wrong.

Both tubs so high difficult to get in and out of, but the handle bar in the master was helpful. The view was so great we were able to over look how out dated the unit was but I will make sure not to reserve this unit again unless they can update it. Also during our visit a repair man came by to repair the screen door came in took a look at it but then told us he had no parts and was unable to do anything. Then he said oh this order is from November. That was weird. I would recommend Point Dillon but not unit 401. I would recommend asking for an updated unit.

Great location and floorplan for group. Everyone had enough space to spread out. But the unit is really dated. Carpet in bathrooms, stains in places, broken curtains dated. The worst part was the queen mattress in the second bedroom. It sags to the center so much that it was impossible for two people to sleep on it so one person had to sleep on the couch. They put an egg crate on it to cover it up but it doesn't solve the problem. Would consider coming back if the unit was updated, but otherwise would look elsewhere next time.
