This was one of the nicest and best value VRBO’s that we have rented. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was there to greet us when we arrived. He responded immediately when we texted or called with questions. The unit and the furniture were well maintained and all of the appliances worked just fine. We’re big fans of how quiet the Villages neighborhoods are while still offering considerable free entertainment options. We are golfers and golfed on The Villages Championship courses 3 times and outside the Villages twice. We would certainly stay there again.

Loved It!
What a wonderful stay we had at Roger’s home. This home is extremely well equipped and ver comfortable. Roger is such a wonderful host and was so easy to work with. There was nothing that was needed that this home did not have. The location was perfect and having the screened lanai to sit and have coffee, lunch or cocktails was tremendous. Can’t say enough good things about this lovely place we got to call ‘home’ for a few weeks.

Perfect Villa to stay in The Villages!
We were looking for a home to stay in while our new home was being built. The contact with Rodger, the owner was easy and friendly. Everything was clean and accommodating, and if there was a need for anything it was satisfied quickly. Did I say we were there for 4 months!!!!!
I would highly recommend contacting Rodger if you think this house would be perfect for you. You will not regret it. If there was a need for us to stay again, we will absolutely be back. And the perk on it we've become friends with Rodger and his wife which I'm sure will last a lifetime!

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay! Roger and the property manager were amazing. They answered questions instantly. The home was immaculate!! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend renting this house!

We sure enjoyed using the porch everyday. The property was clean and easy to use with friends. We commented it was quiet for us....that people could be up in the morning and you didn’t hear each other.

This property was well located, clean, and a nice size for 2. It has a good golf cart which is quite handy to get around. I would recommend it for others.

Reprieve from snow
Roger's villa exceeded our expectations. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. TV worked well, the internet was lightning fast and the golf was convenient and affordable. Despite having to shorten our vaction due to the coronavirus, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Rental!
We enjoyed your home very much. It was neat, clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed having the golf cart and easy access to the golf courses and recreation centers. Know your bed configuration requirements.
The three bedrooms were adequate for our family. One room was large enough for a regular bed, but only had a day bed with pull out below. The kitchen needs a vegetable peeler. The property manager replaced the broken coffee maker within hours of reporting. Thanks Pam!!

Heavenly Home in Villages
All was perfectly wonderful. Home was clean as a whistle, neat as a pin. As described. Very comfortable. Grateful for the opportunity to enjoy November and December in such an accommodating home. Excellent!
The house is very clean, fully equipped, nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay including a warm welcome. The golf cart was perfect, a must for the amazing “Village” Lifestyle. The Temporary Resident ID cards included with the stay are a real bonus for free access to the Executive Golf courses (only charge is a $4 cart fee). We enjoyed going to Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs via golf cart for dinner, shopping and entertainment every night. A perfect Villa and location!

It is as comfortable as our our home.
Everything was neat and clean. The furniture was new or near new. The paint was fresh and clean. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen. All the comforts of home were right there. We could not ask for anything else. Thank you Roger.

Our host was the best!!!!!
We live in Mount Washington Kentucky and decided to go to Florida for a month to get away from the cold. We rented a villa from Roger and he was super at getting back with us and informing us of anything we needed. Once we got there, our host whose name was Pam, went over and above to make sure that everything went well. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were. I would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks Pam and Roger for making it a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay.
The home was very clean and comfortable close to the many golf courses,it is situated in a courtyard villa if you prefer privacy. Plenty of cooking utensils, master bedroom has a very nice king bed with a nice size bathroom with a walk in closet. If you are in to watching television there are four very nice sized TVs. Neighborhood is very friendly. The villages is a very large place so you need to get use to the surroundings.
