This property had everything you could ask for when you stay at a VRBO. The kayaks, SUP and canoe were great to use on the lake ! Before we came to Seneca, I asked Theresa where we could rent some bikes. She replaced the olds ones she had with brand new bikes before our stay! She provided great suggestions for fishing guide and arranged for us to see property with Chip Lawson.. another extremely kind person.

Large, older home close to town and lakefront. Great space, steep to dock if anyone has mobility issues. You really don’t need to bring anything extra as it’s all there! Would recommend better coffee makers(we love our caffeine quickly!) and bins in refrigerator doors. Otherwise, wonderful would highly recommend! Thank you Theresa!

The Tee House is a great location!! Beautiful home with plenty of decks that look out over a quiet cove on Lake Keowee. The home had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. Great boat dock and right around the corner from the main marina. The home is very spacious with large bedrooms and gathering areas.Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was so clean and they had everything we could possibly need. Even yummy snacks. We rented a boat and had two magical lake days. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing it was missing were some extra blankets for watching movies at night!

This house was just as advertised with plenty of space for our family to spread out. The outside decks were great to have a cocktail at night and grill up dinner. Theresa couldn’t have been sweeter with her graduation decorations, napkins and plates that awaited us upon arrival along with all sorts of snacks. I highly recommend this property if you can get it. We hope to be back soon.

The property was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable and everything was better than we expected. The host communicated with us up until we arrived and our stay exceeded expectations !

Came up for a Clemson game. The property was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood, great amenities, short drive to Clemson! Very nice!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Keowee! This property was perfect for myself & 3 siblings along with our spouses. The house was well stocked. We only had to bring clothes & snacks. There’s 2 great restaurants near by which we took advantage of by boat. Theresa was an AMAZING host! She was readily available every time I had a question. The path from the boat dock up to the house was a workout 😅 But we took the challenge with a smile. We’d definitely rent again!

My siblings and I had a great stay at the lake house. There were 6 adults so we did have to figure out sleeping arrangements, but it all worked out. The owners were super helpful and responded very quickly! We were able to swim off the dock very easily. Did not use the kayaks etc., but they were available. We recommend this big house for sure!

I highly recommended snagging this house if it’s available. Not only is the owner so pleasant to work with and speak to, but the house was top notch. Everything you need down to popcorn and a s’more making kit (we never ended up using, but was such a fun discovery!). There are floats and canoes you can use and the basement with the pool table / ping pong was so much fun. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re able!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a guys fishing weekend. Home is right on the lake and is well stocked. Owner is very communicative and thoughtful. If you are looking for a weekend away from home where there is ample to do onsite, this is a great location to stay for a long weekend without needing to go anywhere else. If you would like to venture into town, Seneca has virtually everything you need and Clemson is only about 10-15 minutes away. Would absolutely stay again.

The property exceeded my expectations. We loved the game room downstairs and the views from the many decks. Theresa was extremely accommodating and helpful.

Amazing stay at Tee’s house yet again! She is beyond welcoming and special snacks and treats for our kids upon arrival. The house is well stocked, organized and very comfortable. We’ve stayed there 2 years in a row and hope to rent again next year! Thank you Teresa!!!

My family stayed at Theresa’s property for a long lake weekend. The home is a perfect lake home and came well stocked with any supplies we may need on the water. We especially appreciated the “oops” closet that had toiletries for the guests. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here in the future.

Our family gathered here for New Years. It was a midway point from Chattanooga and Myrtle Beach family. We stayed the weekend and enjoyed all the TV's for games and the nicely stocked open floor plan for meals. The family enjoyed the games in the basement and ping pong championship games. Lots to do even with the rain one day. Sat we went into Greenville and had family pics made on the river front. This home was perfect for the 8 adults and a 2 year old. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beautfull lake.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our vacation at the "Tee" house! The location was excellent, with close proximity to Keowee Marina, making boat rentals a breeze, as well as the grocery store to stock up on snacks. Hanging out on the dock with the beautiful setting of a nice quiet, deep water cove was delightful. The cove was perfect for taking a short kayak trip. The house was super spacious, with three floors, and a wonderful ping pong/pool table in the basement. Lots of family competition for ping pong champ title. A trip to this house is just what we needed to get away from the stress of 2020!

Great place for a family. Lake safe for skiing and lake toys. Beds were great! Owner was very kind and available for questions. Steep pathway to dock was dangerous. Would suggest installing steps and possibly rails. We had a great time!

This is a beautiful property - the home is stunning with plenty of room for multiple guests to relax. Even better, the view is gorgeous and can be enjoyed from inside or from the multiple decks. It has a very homey feel and my family truly enjoyed the stay.

This house was perfect for our family and grandchildren. We enjoyed being on the lake and the dock. The house was amazing and had a great game room for the children. We will return next year!!

This property and our experience was amazing! The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There were treats, snacks, and even pancake mix, syrup, and a Belgian waffle maker on the counter! The owner was extremely responsive and my only regret was that I couldn't rate it higher than 5 stars! I highly recommend this property!

Everything we needed!

How can I begin to describe how absolutely wonderful our stay was?? Theresa goes above and beyond for her guests! She made us feel so welcome and cared for from the minute we arrived, all the way till we checked out. Her house, property, and dock are GORGEOUS, spacious, comfortable, and fun! We enjoyed tons of time swimming in the lake, took kayaks and a paddle board out on the water, and had an excellent time playing pool and ping pong in the basement. We cooked/grilled multiple meals with ease in her beautiful kitchen. To top everything off, as Hurricane Dorian approached the SC coast, she offered to let us stay an extra night to keep us safe from the storm (my family lives in Charleston- right in its path). We all loved our stay so much that we've already said that we want to make an annual trip to Theresa's lakehouse :) thank you Theresa for the best weekend ever!!!

The house and location were great. There were six of us who stayed two nights and went to the football game in Clemson. It was a short ride to the stadium. We spent the next day at this houses dock and had a great time with all the equipment that was available. We all agreed if we have the opportunity that we would stay here again.
