This property was well maintained, clean and had an amazing view. The host was very pleasant and accessible. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a safe, enjoyable, peaceful stay.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wurden sehr freundlich behandelt und hatten eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt wäre dass die Badezimmer und die Küche sehr verlebt bzw alt waren.

The property was clan and just what w e expected the view of the sea was spectacular. We used the pool everyday mit was well maintained. Virginia was a great host. I have two little negatives the patios of the properties are very close and the neighbors on one side saw nothing in playing very loud music on their patio which really spoilt the ambiance when they did. The bathrooms could do with upgrading fittings are very old I did mention this to Virginia. Also there were no instructions on how to operate the TVs as seniors these techie things are a challenge. We did have a wonderful mini break. Thank you Virginia

Absolutely breath-taking, A little piece of Paradise, We actually had regrets not booking a longer stay. Miss Clarke is a wonderful, kind hearted, generous lady, I could go on & on about her in a postive way... Everything exceeded expectations.

We were quite happy to have booked and stayed at villa 63A. The entire experience was made simple even with just verbal communication. We chose the location for an anniversary getaway and we were very happy with the choice. We would stay here again, the serenity and view of the ocean were divine..

The location is great, the unit sits on the coast and has an excellent view of the ocean. The place was also impeccably clean and well equipped. (E.g. fire sticks with Netflix on all Tv's.). Unfortunately however, there were two issues that arose and put a damper on the vacation. Issue 1 On booking the place we were contacted by the owner and advised some external cameras would be installed to provide additional security for the unit. We were advised none of the cameras would be pointing at any areas that would affect our privacy and only face the external surroundings of the unit. We agreed with the owner for the cameras to be turned on based on their placement of monitoring the surroundings of the unit. However, when we checked in we noticed one camera pointing directly at the front porch area where we spent the majority of our time and one over looking the pool area. These cameras felt quite invasive and uncomfortable while their placement contradicted what was told to us by the owner. Issue 2 On our second to last day of vacation we were contacted by the owner and advised we owed an additional $250us as she noticed we had three small kids with us and she does not allow children at the place. On booking the unit, nowhere on the house description/details did it stipulate no children allowed (Note: this has since been updated). If we knew that children were not allowed we would never have booked this unit.The kids with us were five, three and three. All my years of renting vacation homes I have never been asked to pay more for kids 5 years and under, especially as we had no forewarning or notice of this. We found this situation quite upsetting. The unit itself and the location is great but these issues definitely affected us fully enjoying our vacation.

My family had a wonderful time. Everything we needed to have a great holiday was there, we enjoyed the private pool. Will definitely recommend.

The property in Tobago was very good value and compared to other properties in Tobago, it was in the top tier. That being said, being close to the ocean, there is accelerated damage to appliances and fixtures due to the salt from sea breeze. Accordingly updating certain appliances and fixtures would enhance the property and greatly improve the property quality. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to next stay. Thank you

Villa is located in a serene picturesque environment, with clean facilities and relaxing atmosphere. A good choice at a great price. A win-win for everyone.

This Villa was perfect for my husband and I. It is exactly as it looks online and the owner was very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back one day!

The property was very well outfitted and it is clear that the property is maintained well by the owner. The unit had all the needed features and the housekeeper was excellent. The water pressure could be improved, but overall it was great. The best property that we have ever stayed in at Plantations.

Property is as described on listing and is very convenient for the needs of any visitor. Some improvements to the maintenance of the pool and what’s provided could allow for a hassle free stay and/or notification given on what to expect when no maid service is requested and on the need for one to provide their own toiletries and paper towels etc. No one will be disappointed as it’s a lovely home, with serene surroundings, mature neighbors in other rentals, and a stunning view. We recommend the location and would stay here again.
