Wir haben neue Möbel für Ihren Genuss (ein Kingsize-Bett im Master BR, zwei Einzelbetten im Guest BR, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und ein Sofa mit zwei Lehnstühlen im Wohnzimmer). Es gibt auch ein Kinderbett, um bis zu 7 Personen unterzubringen. WiFi ist vorhanden. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche steht Ihnen ebenso zur Verfügung wie ein elektrischer Grill.
Aber wahrscheinlich bleiben Sie nicht viel in der Wohnung. Nicht bei allen Arten von Aktivitäten, die Ihnen zur Verfügung stehen. This condo was clean and fresh, with a gorgeous view of the lake. The neighborhood was friendly. Our host was communicative during our stay, and prior to sent a detailed list of the neighborhood rules, how to enter the parking lot and the condo, and several recommended places to eat. It was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've had and look forward to returning!

Me and my family have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s property! Everything there is great! The condo is fully stocked with everything one would need. The area is beautiful with so much to do. But even if you don’t do anything and just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view you would still have an amazing time. Ken is very quick to reply to any question you might have. Overall a great place that I highly recommend!!

This condo location is good, being very close to restaurants and activities in the area. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars. The view of Boulder Lake is great, however the living room, dining room windows are very dirty, impairing the view. The view from the balcony is great, however the sliding door glass dirty and the sliding screen door is broken. The interior..the 3 living room sofa's are old and were covered with throw's. The kitchen...we found only 2 glasses matched, silverware old, toaster was ancient & dirty as was toaster oven...microwave and stove were good and operated well. Carpeting throughout the entire condo was so..so. Both bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Based upon the cost per day..this unit was a good value for the money.

This was a perfect long weekend winter getaway. The condo was perfectly described and had everything we needed. Walking distance to Boulder View Tavern and a short drive to other restaurants. Skiing can be as close as a mile or 45 minutes to Elk. Ken was a wonderful host!

Check in was easy, finding the place was easy. The view is spectacular. The home is modest and has everything you would ever need on a vacation. The owners are very responsive and gave us first timers to the Poconos a lot of helpful information including their recommendations for dining. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
