clean and modern, great location

The apartment was quite comfortable and clean. Very well equipped.

My visit was in late December and the weather was very cold. The fact that the central heating switched off automatically by 9pm and did not switch on again until well after 10am was ridiculous considering the time of year - hence the average report.

Couple of things in the apartment needing attention but nothing that majorly affected our stay

Location was great and the apartment was very clean and warm, there was a nice welcoming vibe on arrival with nice personal touch

False fire alarm about 11:30pm Friday night

It was very spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds and a good bathroom. it was also very well located and we walked to everywhere we wanted to go. The car park was nearby. Casa FresaDundee staff responded very quickly and pleasantly to my booking queries.

It was up two flights of stairs and we had a lot of luggage

Great apartment! Location was perfect to access transport links and the centre of the city. The host was very good at responding to questions / queries.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues. They didn't affect our stay, and the host was grateful that we let them know.

The Apartment was in a very central location , It was very clean and well equipped and the bottle of local wine and shortbread were a lovely gesture. There was also parking at the end of the street in a council run car park.

The kitchen/dining/livingroom was a little dark, the window faces the wall of the church next door, so there is not much to be done about that.

Excellent location and accommodation

Parking wasn't ideal, but was workable and not a major issue.

Apartment facilities were self-catering. Central location was ideal for all activities, everything was within easy walking distance. Apartment rooms were spacious and immaculate throughout. Would definitely choose to stay again.

With the usually warm weather, even with all the windows open there was not enough ventilation to cool the rooms down during the night. As this could be more frequent in the future provision of fans maybe a consideration?

No instruction manuals for washer dryer and oven.
