Excellent property and management team.

Overall our month long stay was really relaxing and fairly quiet. It was so nice taking walks on the beach every day, watching launches and seeing cruise ships go by. The kitchen needs a deep cleaning around the dishwasher and by the refrigerator but other than that it was good. They have a good selection of pots and pans but I’d like to see more bowls and storage containers since we always like to cook and had leftovers. We look forward to coming back again and meeting new friends.

This unit far exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is very well stocked, decorated beautifully and a great large space for family. The beach is right outside your door and the property is very well maintained. We will be back.

Unit had everything we needed. View of beach and morning sunrises were beautiful. Fairly priced. Enjoyed Brevard zoo about 20 minutes away. Grands had a great time!

My friends and I spent a week here. It's a great place. It was peaceful and not too crowded.

Easy and friendly

The property is at a great spot with the beach and dining all in walking distance and about an hour from Orlando attractions.

The property had some sticky counters and a smell of old socks when got there. We ran into some ants on day one but management took care of it right a way. A little touch up paint would go a long way as well.

We have stayed in LOTS of condos on the beach in various FL towns over the years. THIS one topped them ALL! We stayed in unit 305. The view is second to NONE!! The ocean is right in your face!!! Nice large balcony!! The condo has fresh paint and New tile!! Pool OVERLOOKS the beach and is SUPER clean and sparkly!!! Management is very friendly and attentive! We had plenty of the basics and a VERY well stocked kitchen! This is actually a property that we will DEFINITELY come back to on our next visit to the area with not one hesitation!!!

While the condo could use some updating & fresh paint, we chose this condo for the ocean view from the main bedroom & the living room. Location was good with access to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Enjoyed having an ocean view from the pool as well.

The two bedroom unit in this complex was large and comfy with direct beach/ocean views. Watching the sunrise each morning from the balcony was a great way to start the day! The unit is equipped with beach toys, beach towels, cooler and beach chairs. It is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The pool is conveniently located right by the beach. I had a rental car to enjoy the area. The location is convenient to restaurants and groceries, Walgreen’s, etc. Cindy and Wendy were quick to respond to messages. I enjoyed meeting them in person upon my arrival….very friendly! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo on the beach. As described and more. I’d recommend it!

Overall very nice and we would definitely stay again. That said, there's some room for improvement, which we addressed with the on-site staff (who were very friendly). Mostly minor things, like touch-up paint and dusty fake plants.

Condo was clean! We arrived early morning and the keys were waiting for us! If you are looking for a place close to the beach where the sound of the waves is amazing! This is the place!

Great place for a family of 5. Plenty of space beautiful view from the balcony, had beach accommodations. Kids gave it a 5 1/2 stars. Wasn’t built in the last decade could use a little paint but no complaints really we weren’t there for the walls. Thank you for a great stay !

we love this place! We will be back for sure every year! Didnt like that it had 2 recliners and a couch instead of 2 couches. We had to get a air mattress for one of my kids but we will just use it next year. This place is perfect for families!

Unit 305 and the property at Indian Harbour Beach Club were very nice. Loved the new leather living room furniture (2 rocking recliners and a sofa with recliners on each end). The new plank style tile flooring in the living/dining room and master bedroom and bath were nice too. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very clean except for the glass cooktop on the stove. It had been wiped down but there was cooked on residue that will not come off by simply wiping it with a dish cloth. I have a cooktop at home and I brought some heavy duty glass cooktop cleaner and a non-scratch scrubber/sponge so I could clean any residue I got on it when cooking so I gave it a good cleaning which made it look like new. There were no dish cloths or dish towels and the skillets could have been better. I always bring these things just in case, so it didn’t cause any problems for me, but I imagine most people don’t bring these things. The dishes, glasses, cups, silverware and utensils were very nice. The beach in front of the condos has some dangerous flat rocky areas with sharp edges that can’t be seen except at low tide, and other rocks that are in deeper water that can’t be seen. When walking out into the water my boyfriend tripped on one and scraped his shin. I didn’t see this mentioned in the property description or in pictures and there was no sign on the property making people aware of this. There was a sign at the public access walkway in between Indian Harbour Beach Club and the condo building next door, but due to foliage this sign cannot be seen unless you walk directly up to it. No one staying at the condo uses this public access walkway so there should be signs on the property making people aware of this. The waves and surf were rough the first few days when we were unaware of the rocks. I’m glad we didn’t try to go in the water then. If a wave hits you and slams you down on these rocky areas it could result in serious injury. When we were packing our car to leave, the elevator broke and my boyfriend was briefly stuck in the elevator. The property manager was contacted and came immediately and did what she needed to do to get him out. I was worried about packing our car to leave if the elevator wasn’t working. We’re in our 60’s and both have arthritis. But they were able to manually operate the elevator somehow. A few minor negatives but we enjoyed our stay very much and the unit was very nice.

Very nice condo. Great staff. Maintenence man switched parking spots with us as we were given a large truck from rental and his was much easier to get in and out of. Pool area was clean. Close to stores, golf courses, etc but very quiet. Also right on the ocean. Sunrise were pretty cool.

Great location and property. Ocean view from the third floor balcony was awesome. Fantastic pool area, very clean and friendly. Would recommend the property to visitors to the Melbourne area. Advertised there was room for six. The second bedroom had two small single beds and I would assume the other two sleeping spots woulds be the couch or the two reclining chairs. Would be a tight fit for six regular sized adults. Master bedroom was very accommodating and comfortable. We definately stay here again in the future.

Even before we got to the condo, Wendy the office manager gave a great impression when she called to make sure I knew where to find my keys if we arrived after office hours. The apartment had just been renovated she said and we joked about how they did it just for me and my 40th birthday, which I was on vacation celebrating (along with my 9 year old son and 18 year old nephew! lol! <3).

We had an amazing vacation as a family over spring break. We enjoyed looking over the ocean from our balcony. The condo was very clean and adequately supplied. The only negative was the beach chairs. The condo needed more and chairs that are suitable for the beach. The grounds were meticulously groomed and the office staff was very friendly. This is our second stay Indian Harbour Beach club and we will definitely come back again.
